The breaking news surrounding Judge Brett Kavanaugh is coming in on multiple fronts.
- Kavanaugh’s mother, Judge Martha Kavanaugh, was a Maryland State Judge, who ruled in a 1996 foreclosure case involving Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s (Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser) parents. HOWEVER, court records show the following –
The court record clearly shows Judge Martha Kavanaugh in no way ruled against Ford’s parents, as she only ruled ‘that the voluntary motion to dismiss is hereby granted with prejudice and that the bond filed by Harry J. Kelly as trustee shall be released and returned filed.’
The DAILY CALLER obtained the court records. Some news outlets have reported the information as if to appear Judge Kavanaugh’s mother ruled AGAINST Ford’s parents. However, she only ruled to agree with the bank to drop the foreclosure proceedings. The home is still owned by Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser’s parents.
Yet, the fact is there is a connection between Judge Martha Kavanaugh’s time as a Judge and a case involving Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s parent’s 1996 court case.

The next front on the Kavanaugh confirmation to break today is –
- Senator Dianne Feinstein sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley stating the sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is powerful enough to delay the confirmation vote.
- Further she mentions there is a possibility he committed perjury during questioning by the Committee.
- Senator Chuck Grassley says Feinstein refuses to cooperate in the Kavanaugh confirmation process.
- He further states she is violating Senate procedure.
- Further she should have exposed the letter sent to her by Ford when she received it.
Feinstein is holding a bombshell sent to her by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. In the letter she accuses Judge Brett Kavanaugh of a violent sexual assault on her, and she says there were others there, too. Those names are redacted. A CNN host read the letter on air, and it is graphic and shocking.
It appears at this time, there will be a long battle to fight for a Kavanaugh confirmation to the Supreme Court. We are just beginning to witness it, but it is going to get much worse.
Of course, Kavanaugh is denying he was even present at the party where he allegedly assaulted Ford in front of several others. He has hired a powerful female attorney to handle this nightmare of his life being shattered at a time he should be celebrating his greatest accomplishment.
This is very similar to what President Trump has and is suffering in his own life. It is a heavy price to pay to enter politics, but it seems if you are a Republican you will be destroyed by the Democrats. Respect for the Republican Party by the Democrat Party simply does not exist. There is no decorum left between our political parties, and for one to enter politics is to lay one’s life on the chopping block.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) blasted Senate Democrats on the floor of the chamber Monday for what he deemed to be an “11th hour” allegation against Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
“Now, [an] accusation of 36-year-old mt dating back to high school has been brought forward at the last minute in an irregular manner,” McConnell said. “It is an accusation which Judge Kavanaugh has completely and unequivocally denied. This is what he said: ‘This is a completely false allegation. I’ve never done anything like what the accuser describes to her or to anyone.’
“It is an accusation which the ranking member of the committee of jurisdiction has known about for at least six weeks. Known about for six weeks. Yet chose to keep secret until the 11th hour.”
McConnell went on to further criticize Democrats for their handling of the accusation levied by Christine Blasey Ford.
“They did not raise it in the closed session, the proper forum where such an allegation could have been addressed with discretion and sensitivity,” McConnell said. “They did not raise it in the thousand plus follow-up questions that senators sent to Judge Kavanaugh in writing. But now, at the 11th hour, with committee votes on schedule, after Democrats have spent weeks and weeks searching for any possible reason that the nomination should be delayed, now they choose to introduce this allegation.”
