It is authentic. According to Snopes and the media it has been “debunked”. Not true at all. Check for yourself.
If one suggests that something is wrong with big pharma and regulators you will be dismissed as a conspiracy theorist.

Dr William Thompson is currently a Senior Scientist at the CDC (Center for Disease Control), whose lawyers released a statement (read full statement here) from him on August 27, 2014 which included the following:
I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics. The omitted data suggested that African American males who received the MMR vaccine before age 36 months were at increased risk for autism. Decisions were made regarding which findings to report after the data were collected, and I believe that the final study protocol was not followed. My concern has been the decision to omit relevant findings in a particular study for a particular sub group for a particular vaccine. There have always been recognized risks for vaccination and I believe itis the responsibility of the CDC to properly convey the risks associated with receipt of those vaccines.

This is about a lot more than african-americans. The media try to focus on this issue and ignore the other stuff because it makes the CDC look too corrupted.
The pharmaceutical industry has captured government long time ago and the media is shilling for them.

The irony of all this is that a lot of the extensive research showing that vaccines are not linked to autism comes from the CDC and studies done by Dr. Thompson. Now we learn how they do the studies. They will go over the data over and over again until the effect they do not like disappears. Then the study is released. Science has spoken. Believe in it.

A large part of the studies listed in the PDF were either done by Thompson or the people he talks about in the transcript. They found various problems, they had to get rid of them more then once. They choose not to follow-up on certain findings etc. etc,
Interestingly Thompson is not sure about autism, he is conservative and in his view there might be a possibility of autism like features. He does not say they cause autism.
It could well be that vaccines do not cause autism but a small subset of autism-like cases that get diagnosed as such. It would be very easy for a drug manufacturer to defend themselves against claims that are not true. Then the real-side effects of the product might be overlooked as people reason:
Vaccines do not cause autism therefore science has shown that vaccines do not cause problems.
Also this is not just about autism but many other things as well, ADHD, learning disabilities, tics etc.
Then they talk about industry/government corruption for example..
seems like “no autism/vaccine link” are the magic words to make people turn their brains off. Interesting.
when it comes to medical reporting snopes do not go into depth enough to understand what they are writing. They will just repeat what a medical authority tells them and assume it must be true.
also they are extremely biased as I have never ever seen them discredit lies from the pharmaceutical industry which are well-known to exist and are too many to list them all.
The most important point of all this is not autism(Ignore Snopes!!!) it is that the people in charge of vaccine safety research do not believe vaccines to be as safe as they claim, yet the public is supposed to follow the science without questioning it.
