Comey was FORCED to tell Congress about the Weiner emails because George Toscas at DOJ found out about them!

A few other things to note –

• Strzok, Page, Bill Preistap, and McCabe all knew about it – not sure about Comey, or really anyone else
• It doesn’t seem like they even looked at the emails prior to the letter to Congress
• Unclear who told Toscas. Probably someone from NY leaked it to him
• Seems like the only reviewed the emails from Huma, not the whole cache
