  • A socially progressive viewpoint, diverse casting and crew members, positive role models and hopeful upbeat messages are one thing, but a good time at the movies is another thing entirely. The movie isn’t scary, suspenseful, gripping in the least.”
  • “But this movie relied so heavily on the glinting plastic toolbox of CGI that the magic just never arrived. The kid in me left the theater sadly disappointed.
  • “The director not only fails to capture the childlike wonder of A Wrinkle in Timeshe also reveals herself to be a terrible director of children.”
  • “It’s impossible to not cheer for the message of A Wrinkle in Time-But those messages should be conveyed organically, through plot and character. Here, they have all the subtlety of a promoted tweet.”
  • “Well-intentioned, well-acted, but a bit of a mess.”

Ouch.
Another Hollyweird movie I won’t be seeing.

    • That’s because they have to address every progressive special interest group…including those who are only 2% of the US populations and 90% of Hollywood.
They still haven’t gotten it that they are not relevant, and we don’t care! They are so with their heads up their azzs that they don’t even realize that we don’t look upon them with awe nor do we look to them to set our moral standards…or lack thereof!
The old classics when Hollywood was golden are the real movies with real plots. But Hollywood, PLEASE don’t take this as a signal to “remake” an old version..you’ve even mess that up royally. Just chill…

  1. Doesn’t Okra Panfry have enough money, and who was the person that told her she can act? Oh, I forgot, you always have to tell Okra “Yes” and suck-up to her, or you’ll be fired and blacklisted. Okra is the female Harvey Weinstein.

  4. Doperah. A fat, racist sheboon who made all of her money on upper middle class, stay at home white women. Now she wants to preach to us about how we are the racists. Want to see a racist hypocrite? Take a tiny fraction of your billions and invest in a good mirror.

  5. Time is your most precious asset, money is something not to waste, better that then time, So lets not waste either but start with time and find something better to do, like learn what is wrong with your nation, your leaders, your local communities and fix them.
