Entire East coast at high risk of major flood warnings! 10 million at risk! 3 to 5+ inches expected!

Active pattern for rainfall and flash flooding continues on the East Coast early this week. Latest forecast [7 AM Monday] from @NWSWPC has a MODERATE RISK (level 3 of 4) in parts of the Mid Atlantic on each of the next three days.

Some area will see 5 to 7 inches today!

Rare summer nor’easter predicted to slam NYC, Baltimore and Philadelphia with heavy rain, thunderstorms and TORNADOES – causing flash flooding and travel chaos up and down the East Coast

That “MDT” over MD means heavy flooding rains are possible across the Mid-Atlantic today, with scattered downpours for the northeast.

Very humid with dew points 70+ up & down the east coast the next few days.
