Normally the hosting state sends the military honor guard to welcome the dignitary to their country when they disembark the plane.
I guess French President Macron did not deserve such a distinction when instead it was airport staff at the door and on the tarmac that greeted him.
Meanwhile, with eggs getting thrown on him and Paris burning down at the hand of protestors, Macron is having a very bad week!
