Twitter permanently suspends Marjorie Taylor Greene’s account for spreading COVID-19 misinformation

Twitter has permanently suspended Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s personal account for spreading COVID-19 misinformation.
“We permanently suspended Marjorie Taylor Greene for repeated violations of our COVID-19 misinformation policy,” Twitter said in a statement, as first reported by CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan. “We’ve been clear that, per our strike system for this policy, we will permanently suspend accounts for repeated violations of the policy.”
Twitter in March said it would permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly post COVID-19 vaccine misinformation.

Right-wing pundit and Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton has been banned from TikTok, the short video-sharing platform.
He now joins the likes of fellow right-wing activist Roger Stone, who was also banned last year.
“This account was banned due to multiple Community Guidelines violations,” a notice reads on Fitton’s now blank user profile.
Responding to the news on Instagram, the pro-Trump activist fumed over the platform not offering him a “warning.”

Youtube has removed the now-viral episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast, featuring guest Dr. Robert Malone, from its video-sharing platform.
During the interview, Malone, who claims to be part of a collaboration that reportedly created the mRNA technology widely used in the COVID-19 vaccines, talked about vaccines, mandates, amongst other pandemic-related topics.
