Perfect illustration. I find Snopes very rarely outright lies, but they are most always deceptive, usually by turning the question or statement into something that nobody was saying in the first place – but the truth is generally contained at the very end of the article.
Politifact is even worse for this – as in the notorious ‘Hillary did not literally wash her emails with acid’ bit.
