Justice Scalia believed Supreme Court was being spied-on by Obama! Judge Napolitano says Obama could be subpoenaed if he viewed the intel!

Judge Napolitano: “Justice Scalia told me that he often thought the court was being surveilled. And he told me that probably four or five years ago. If they had to unmask Senator Paul’s name to reveal a conversation he was having with a foreign agent and the foreign agent was hostile to the United States they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager when he’s running in the Republican primary.”
During the discussion Judge Napolitano also said Barack Obama could be subpoenaed to testify if he viewed the unmasked intelligence.

  1. More of what we knew already to be true about the Obamanation and its corrupt nature…no surprise JUSTICE Scalia was murdered too….Obama better run, its only a matter of time until the evidence is made public and he is arrested and tried for his crimes.

  2. We can only hope & pray the crimes from the previous administration will come to light & are prosecuted. Who would turn on who? I’d love to see the smirk wiped off the faces of so many of those arrogant idiots. Sadly, it probably goes too deep, to truly find all who were(& are) involved in all the corruption. It’s been gradually getting worse & worse, on both sides, for so many years, that something will soon give. Liberals, right now, are so confident no one can touch them, it just may come back to bite them! Now, if we had honesty throughout the justice department, & no major obstructions, they would have to concentrate on their offense, & stop being so obstructive.
