LAWSUIT FILED: 100,000 NON-CITIZENS Are Registered To Vote In VERY IMPORTANT Blue Swing State – If you can’t win an election with US citizens, make it so non-citizens can vote. It’s the Democrat way…

Some background… They can lie as it is protected by 1st amendment
The ongoing litigation of the DNC Fraud Lawsuit and the appeal regarding its dismissal took a stunning turn yesterday. The defendants in the case, including the DNC and former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, filed a response brief that left many observers of the case at a loss for words.
The document, provided by the law offices of the Attorneys for the Plaintiffs in the case, Jared and Elizabeth Beck, and appears to argue that if the Democratic Party did cheat Sanders in the 2016 Presidential primary race, then that action was protected under the first amendment. Twitter users were quick to respond to the brief, expressing outrage and disgust at the claims made by representatives of the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
The Defense counsel also argued that because of Jared Beck’s outspoken twitter posts, the plaintiffs were using the litigation process for political purposes: “For example, Plaintiffs’ counsel Jared Beck repeatedly refers to the DNC as “shi*bags” on Twitter and uses other degrading language in reference to Defendants.” Fascinatingly, no mention is made regarding the importance of First Amendment at this point in the document.
The defense counsel also took issue with Jared Beck for what they termed as: “…Repeatedly promoted patently false and deeply offensive conspiracy theories about the deaths of a former DNC staffer and Plaintiffs’ process server in an attempt to bolster attention for this lawsuit.”

If you can’t win an election with US citizens, make it so non-citizens can vote. It’s the Democrat way…
Trump wouldn’t have won the election without flipping important blue states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. The Democrats know how critical it is to win those states back. The Democrat Party also recognizes that they’re not going to win their blue-collar voters back without an agenda, and by now, it’s pretty clear that besides being the party of #resistance, they’ve got no serious agenda. So, it’s no surprise they’re fighting so hard to keep non-citizens on the voting rolls in certain blue swing states.
More than 100,000 non-citizens are registered to vote in Pennsylvania alone, according to testimony submitted Monday in a lawsuit demanding the state come clean about the extent of its problems.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation, which has identified similar noncitizen voting problems in studies of Virginia and New Jersey, said Pennsylvania officials have admitted noncitizens have been registering and voting in the state “for decades.”
But state officials have stonewalled PILF requests for access to the data that could expose the problem, the group says in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Harrisburg.
“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting — that ends today,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said.
He said Pennsylvania had already admitted to a “glitch” dating back to the 1990s that had allowed noncitizens applying to renew driver’s licenses to be offered the chance to register to vote. Mr. Adams said he now wants to find out how bad the problem is overall.
One man, Felipe Rojas-Orta, canceled his registration last year, filing a handwritten note saying he was not a citizen. He had, however, registered as a Democrat and voted in three separate elections, including most recently 2016, the year of the presidential race.
Another woman had her registration canceled in 2006 as a noncitizen, yet re-registered to vote twice — and cast ballots in some elections. That woman is still active in the system, the lawsuit says.

Pennsylvania isn’t the only state that has non-citizens who are registered to vote in the US. Michigan has an estimated 4,000 registered voters who are not US citizens. When Secretary of State Ruth Johnson attempted to place a “citizenship” box on voter application forms, the ACLU of Michigan sued her. Although it’s a felony to vote in America if you’re a non-citizen, Johnson 54 of the non-citizens have a voting history and may have voted 95 times already.

– Republican Secretary of State Ruth Johnson on Tuesday said there may be as many as 4,000 registered voters in Michigan who are not U.S. citizens, releasing her estimate a day after being sued by voting rights advocates in federal court.
The state has 7.2 million registered voters.
“Don’t tell me that every vote isn’t critical,” Johnson said in a statement, adding that five separate state House races in the August primary were decided by fewer than 100 votes. “We have to face this issue, not ignore it, or we are doing a disservice to every legitimate voter in Michigan.”
Johnson’s staff looked at 58,000 driver’s licenses and state ID cards for which citizenship status could be verified, and found 963 who are non-citizens and registered to vote. Fifty-four appear to have a voting history, according to Johnson, and may have voted 95 times altogether.
Johnson’s decision to add a citizenship question to ballot applications for the November election prompted a suit by the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan and other groups.

Some local clerks have said they will not include a citizenship box on ballot applications, and GOP Gov. Rick Snyder vetoed a bill that would have required a citizenship question under state law.
“We can all agree that it should be easier to vote, yet harder to cheat,” ACLU spokeswoman Rana Elmir said Tuesday. “The answer to non-citizens accidentally registering to vote or voting is to retrain SOS employees and clerks, not to punish citizens who are eligible to vote with long lines, confusion, and misinformation.”
She argued it is ineffective to try to fix the problem on the back end when the issue is on the front end – when people register. Johnson has said, however, that many people signed up to vote (most probably accidentally) before 2008 when secretary of state branches were required to ask customers if they wanted to register to vote.

The secretary of state – who said she only has access to 19 percent of complete citizenship data because the Obama administration will not help her – reached the 4,000 figure by comparing the number non-citizens she found in her sample against Michigan’s overall number of non-citizens and subtracting to allow for children.

  1. Collecting money for one purpose and then using it for another is protected under the first amendment??? Now that’s great news… Because they’re not the only ones who can play that game.
To every DNC true believer out there: I find it really sad that the generous Clinton Foundation had to essentially close down, so I’m now collecting money to reopen it, give the poor dead-broke Clintons who were cheated out of the White House by the evil racist misogynist a chance to get some charity done! Send me your money and we’ll rebuild the Clinton Foundation!
To everyone else: Don’t worry, the money will actually be spent on a campaign to “lock her up”!

  2. They’ve been voting for many years. Nothing new. Most states give driver’s licenses to illegals and on the app it says to check it if you want to be registered to vote. Then they get their voting materials and vote. Duh. If anyone was to catch them, they can state they “didn’t understand” you have to (ha) be a legal citizen. I worked in voters in CA. I see the corruption. They’ll take any registration form and put it in the system, even if you point out that there are dozens with the same writing and signature style. It’s how the Dems have been doing so well for decades. Without illegals, they’d be way down in the polls.
