Lawsuits Filed By Seth Rich’s Family Dismissed By Federal Judge – PLUS More Breaking News On Seth Rich.

by Ruby Henley

I know the parents of Seth Rich are very disappointed today, but they also may realize aspects of their son’s alleged murder are not going away.  There are too many unanswered questions, which are only multiplying.

A Federal Judge in New York has dismissed the lawsuit filed by the parents of Seth Rich against Fox News and other parties. To be quite honest, it would be naïve to think the public would not want this story reported.  There is something very strange in the fact any family could think they could suppress the media in this ‘full of holes’ non-investigation. Seth may have been murdered, but no official path has been followed to prove or disprove his death or his disappearance.

Seth Rich was allegedly murdered on July 10th at the Flagler intersection in Washington, D.C. just 300 steps from his front door. Police have never provided body cams, the video from the Flagler Market, ballistics reports, autopsy report, or anything regarding the investigation.

This, in fact, invites the suspicions of those interested in what really happened to Seth Rich.  It is a blatant coverup, and anyone can see this. People want to know the truth of what really happened to a young man surrounded by corruption within the DNC.

You may be wondering why I said, “disappearance” in my reference to Seth Rich, but at this point, it should not surprise anyone that many believe Seth is still alive.  I will elaborate further on this later in this article.

The Federal Judge, who dismissed the lawsuits made a statement explaining full well why he made this decision.

“It is understandable that Plaintiffs might feel that their grief and personal loss were taken advantage of, and that the tragic death of their son was exploited for political purposes,” U.S. District Court Judge George B. Daniels wrote in his ruling Thursday.

“However, a general allegation that Defendants had an ‘agreement to collaborate against’ Plaintiffs cannot form the basis for an IIED claim; rather, specific instances of each individual’s conduct are required,” he continued.

Daniels added the couple failed to assert that the network’s actions amounted to the “extreme and outrageous conduct” standard required to establish “intentional infliction of emotional distress” given that defamation can only be argued on behalf of living people and their son was no longer alive.

He noted too that they had failed to satisfy the federal law requirements of their other two claims of tortious interference and negligent supervision.”

Joel and Mary Rich in March sued Fox News, reporter Malia Zimmerman, and contributor Ed Butowsky for the intentional infliction of emotional distress, or IIED, and tortious interference with their contract with a private investigator by the name of Rod Wheeler, who was also linked to Fox News. They additionally made a claim against Fox News for negligent supervision of Zimmerman and Wheeler.

I don’t know how many of you have seen the following photo, which alleges Seth Rich is still alive and seen in this photo. There is speculation he might still be alive.

The following is a well done list of facts put together by America First Media, who have been investigating the Seth Rich case for quite some time.

You might want to look over them if you have forgotten the path this flawed investigation has taken.

America First Media has also uncovered the following, which is something I did not previously know.

There are many stories and theories out there right now, but as I was writing this article, I came across something that is news to me.

During the 2016 Presidential Election, the biggest story became how Russia “hacked” the election. The “17 intelligence agencies” that Hillary Rodham Clinton cited all relied on word from a contracted company, Crowdstrike.

Crowdstrike is a technology company that specializes in cyber-security. Not only is there conflict of interest with Crowdstrike receiving payments, campaign data shows some incredible correlations with the payments that were made.

All payments cited below are part of the Federal Election Committee data of campaign spending on the www.fec.gov website.

The first payments made were preemptive measures on May 5th, 2016 when the DNC was looking to figure out where the breach of security was. Payments made on May 5th, 2016 of $7,650.00 and $1,462.50 were likely paid for Crowdstrike to install their Falcon software, a stellar technology security suite that would identify any internal or external security breach.

The final email on Wikileaks from the DNC is dated May 25th, 2016. Crowdstrike would have had complete knowledge of the party that ripped the emails from the server.

The next payment that was made to Crowdstrike occurred on July 11th, 2016 for the amount of $98,849.84. The relationship to this date happens to be the day after DNC Data Director of New Voter Registration Seth Rich was murdered.

The final payment to date is August 3rd, 2016. This coincides with another murder in the District of Columbia. Shawn Lucas, who died on August 2nd of last year, was the DNC Process Server and close friend of Seth Rich. The payment on August 3rd included two checks, one for $113,645.77 and the other for $4,275.00.

We find it highly coincidental that both of these payments came within 24 hours of two high profile murders in Washington D.C., which both have connection to the DNC.

America First Media believe they have uncovered enough evidence that Seth Rich was murdered, and they believe a massive coverup has taken place.

Rod Wheeler recently gave an interview to Jason Goodman, and Wheeler stated he knows Seth Rich was murdered.  He said an initial report had been filed, but the most important report by the EMS is missing.

He made the statement if he could get his hands on two pieces of evidence the case would be solved.  He did not mention names, but he said one person in particular knew too much. He indicated he felt this person was involved in the murder of Seth Rich.

I think I know who he means, but I am choosing not to identify him.

There is also a tweet that is very interesting by Kevin Flynn Jr., alleging that there is a witness who can identify the killers of Seth Rich.

AFM Seth Rich Investigation Report

An Official Report by Our Licensed Private Investigator — Bill Pierce

The following is a statement put forth by Bill Pierce, an experienced and licensed private investigator, and integral part of the America First Media team working on the Seth Rich investigation.”

“Seth C. Rich summation report.

The purpose of this short dissertation is simply to put forth three possible and likely scenarios considering the given evidence, (or lack of). It is intended to remain as unbiased and unfiltered as possible. This report is by no means intended to be offered as conclusive and contains conjecture and theory based on several different criteria:

23 years of investigative experience.

The experience and advice of other LEO’s and former FBI personnel. The current evidence at hand.

The lack of evidence.

Physical observance of the neighborhood in proximity to Flagler Ave.

Observing unsolicited comments from professionals on social media.

Observing actions of family, friends and other interested parties.

Past verifiable news reports, (examples being, lying about events, wiping servers, destroying evidence).

Scenario 1:

This scenario supports the theory of a “botched mugging”. For unknown reasons, Mr. Rich was walking outside in reasonably close proximity to his residence on Flagler Street on the morning of July 10, 2016.

*Whether Mr. Rich was proceeding home on foot from a bar, from a girlfriend’s residence, or was simply walking around outside due to poor cell phone reception within his residence is unknown and largely unimportant for this particular scenario.

Mr. Rich is followed briefly and approached by two individuals who, more than likely, initially went unnoticed by Mr. Rich. These individuals were quite possibly young inexperienced males who became easily angered and flustered when Mr. Rich fought back.

*As it is a basic human defense mechanism to fight back or run in a scenario such as this, the fact that Mr. Rich was not necessarily a “fighter” is inconsequential.

Initially, a scuffle may have broken out in the street when the perpetrators attempted to mug Mr. Rich. The perpetrators pull a firearm with the intent to get Mr. Rich to submit in which he does not. Mr. Rich continues to resist turning his back to run and two shots are fired lodging in his back. As soon as the shots are fired, the perpetrators observed a potential witness at which time they panic and run away without removing anything from Mr. Rich.

*The bruising reported on one of Mr. Rich’s wrists could easily have been caused by someone grabbing for a watch or Fitbit and attempting to forcibly remove it during the struggle or immediately following the gunshots.

*The witness portion of the scenario can be supported by a verifiable witness who reported observing two black males running in the area near the time the gunshots were heard. It is easily feasible that the perpetrators saw this individual first.

Scenario 2:

This scenario supports the theory of a conspiracy, but not in the conventional sense. The conventional sense of a conspiracy typically states that a large number of individuals “conspire” among themselves to keep certain facts or events secret. At the time of this writing, I completely reject the notion of a typical and conventional “conspiracy”. Benjamin Franklin famously stated, “three people can keep a secret, but only if two of them are dead”.

In a conventional conspiracy, way too many people are involved. Too many people would need to be paid off, threatened or killed. Large groups of people can generally not keep a secret for very long. Low-level thugs are also usually quite egocentric and arrogant and thusly enjoy bragging all about their exploits to their other criminal minded friends..

*Even high-level government operations often cannot keep secrets, examples being Benghazi, Fast and Furious and Edward Snowden.

I submit that this conspiracy is actually the reverse of what one commonly thinks of as a “conspiracy” where too many people are involved. In this particular scenario, Mr. Rich was in fact a pre-determined target and was assassinated. However, in this scenario I do not believe that “most” of the police, family, or the majority of his coworkers are complicit or involved in any way. In this scenario, the silence and apparent apathy by the D.C. Police may actually be the result of a select group of officers diligently trying to trace it back to a small group of Scenario 2:

This scenario is short and consists of a simple but complete breakdown within the department during the investigation of scenario #1. This scenario suggests that due to apathy, incompetence or gross negligence, the D.C. Police have attempted to cover up mistakes made in the investigation.

The following is a very interesting interview between Rod Wheeler and Jason Goodman.

Few stories have excited the interest of alternative news media viewers as the alleged murder of Seth Rich. Rich was purportedly the DNC insider who leaked critical computer data to Wikileaks. Rod Wheeler is the retired veteran DC MPD homicide detective hired on behalf of the Rich family to investigate the unsolved murder. In addition to be blocked in every way imaginable, Mr. Wheeler found himself on the opposite end of a civil suit filed against Fox News and himself by the Rich family.
