The crisis will be so severe, they warn, that the world will face a violent uprising as homes go unheated.
Blackstone’s comments are being echoed by Fink, who warns that there is a high probability of oil reaching over us$100 per barrel in the near future
“we’re going to end up with a real shortage of energy,” Blackstone warns as a conference in Saudi Arabia. “and when you have a shortage it’s just going to cost more and it’s probably going to cost a lot more. And when that happens you’re going to get very unhappy people around the world”
