I’m all for keeping guns out of the hands of criminals. What I’d like to see is stronger enforcement of current gun laws and harsher punishments for prohibited offenders.
Just serving a warrant can be dangerous enough for police. Can you imagine how volatile situations may become when trying to confiscate a violent criminal’s firearm?
