Taiwan Enters Multi-Century Earthquake Cycle: Is it Beginning Again as the 6.4 & 6.1

With the 6.4 quake that struck Taiwan shaking buildings off foundations, buckling roads and damaging bridges, there is a new paper from NCU Professor Lee Chyi Tyi that points to a 100 year cycle of quake activity. Now lets overlay that with the intensifying grand solar minimum and repeat of 1815 solar activity, this appears to be a 200 year cycle that Taiwan is entering, which puts the next window at 2020 for an 8.0+ mega quake in the same area.
