The Lingering Lies of the Liars are Languishing

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

In the wake of Robert Mueller’s very bizarre nine-minute press conferenceon May 29, 2019, there can be no doubt his special counsel investigation was a political sham orchestrated, from the start, to undermine the Trump Presidency and increasingly divide the country.  But the question remains whether or not we are witnessing legitimate legal warfare in the highest offices of American government or a Reality TV Live Action Role Play (LARP) designed to bleed the nation’s brakes before the big stop.

Indeed, for those seeking America’s demise, the Russian Collusion lie is the gift that won’t stop giving because it is, in fact, a wound that won’t ever heal. The damage is done and the psychology is so perfect it had to have happened either by destiny or design.

The seeds of destruction in the Russian collusion narrative remain rooted in the patriotism of both sides. No matter who wins in the end, it will be a pyrrhic victory because the other team will never surrender, accept any terms, or yield any ideological ground.  Any chance of compromise is long past, so it’s all or nothing going forward.  In fact, each side’s patriotism precludes any chance of concession.  The irony therein, of course, is that the entire slate of premises of one side are predicated upon, and perpetuated by, lies and deception.

How can the political leftists who have openly embraced illegal immigration for years, suddenly have become patriotic over imaginary Russian election hacking? How does that work? It works because truth is relative in the minds of mental midgets and political sociopaths.

This is why the same loons who want federal licensing for gun owners call voter I.D. laws “discriminatory”; and how they could impeach a Republican President for crimes committed by Democrats.  It is also why former FBI Director James Comey said Hillary Clinton was “extremely careless” but with no “clear evidence” that she “intended to violate laws” – as former FBI Director Robert Mueller said: “If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so”.

It’s all a state of mind and, certainly, the insanity will get worse as mandated by the depredations of time.

In Mueller’s May 29, 2019 press conference, he perpetuated his leading lie that “Russian intelligence officers” launched a “concerted attack on our system”  during the 2016 Presidential election by using “sophisticated cyber techniques” to “hack into computers and networks” used by the Clinton campaign and then forwarded the information to WikiLeaks.

Although none of the above actually happened in the way Mueller described, he did at least acknowledge the Russians were “presumed innocent until proven guilty”.  Notwithstanding, the former special counsel then cited the alleged Russian election hacking as the reason to investigate President Donald Trump for obstruction of justice.

The order appointing me special counsel authorized us to investigate actions that could obstruct the investigation….

After that investigation, If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so.

We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime.

– Robert Mueller, May 29, 2019 press conference

What a complete farce.

But what happened next was even more incredible: Mueller led the country into the veritable twilight zone by claiming he didn’t charge Trump with any crimes that weren’t committed because sitting presidents can’t be indicted. This is very strange because Attorney General William Barr stated under oath that Mueller told him that particular consideration did NOT apply to Trump; and, moreover, Mueller said that to Barr in the presence of other witnesses.

Of course, that is just one of the reasons the former special counsel did not take questions at his press conference and why he refuses to testify before congress.  Furthermore, one would think the Mainstream Media would be reporting more on those contradicting statements between Mueller and Barr; and, especially, taking the opportunity to additionally discredit the U.S. Attorney General as he now investigates the investigators.

But the media has, seemingly, flushed this historical discrepancy right down the memory-hole.  Why?

Perhaps because they also understand Mueller’s premises as predicated upon lies. It’s a show. An act. A charade. Just as the liars have reported on Mueller being a man of integrity, the dupes have fed on the falsehoods so they, too, could be part of the act; when, in reality, neither the media nor the morons care one whit about fairness, or justice, or integrity.  In the meantime, the elites have chuckled over their puppet strings and stacked decks as the plebes are strangled by an Orwellian dystopia.

The show goes on.

Ostensibly, and if hindsight is twenty-twenty vision, then it looks like this:  Mueller, at the very start, set out to frame Trump either with collusion or obstruction.  In so doing, the special counsel investigation was stacked with Clinton cronies led by Andrew Weissmann, who just happened to run the Fraud Section for Obama’s Department of Justice during Hillary Clinton’s “Uranium One” scandal.  You know – the same “Uranium One” scandal that occurred when Robert Mueller was FBI Director and later investigated by Rod Rosenstein.

In spite of the Mueller probe breaking multiple prosecutorial rules that ensured justice, they were “outfoxed” by Trump’s legal team beginning as far back as June, 2018 when none other than William Barr sent a 19-page memorandum to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein checkmating Mueller’s apparent “interpretation of a single subsection of a single obstruction-of-justice statute:18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2)“.  It was Barr’s contention that Trump could not have violated that particular statute because “he [Trump] was not accused of engaging in any wrongful act of evidence impairment”.  In his memo to Rosenstein, Barr also claimed Mueller was giving the statute a “new unbounded interpretation” that “would have potentially disastrous implications” for the Executive Branch of government.

No wonder Barr became the “consensus choice” as the replacement for Jeff Sessions and this would also explain at least one very good reason why Trump campaigned so hard on behalf of the Republicans in the Senate.

However, it was a war of attrition because the Democrats won the U.S. House.

Paradoxically, if Mueller and Rosenstein fully understood their special counsel investigation of Trump was a joke as far back as the summer of 2018 and they said nothing – then might that have affected the outcome of the 2018 Midterm Elections?  Talk about election tampering.  It means the Democrat controlled House of Representatives is illegitimate, right? Not my congress.

Of course, half the country doesn’t see it that way and this explains why the Democrat’s must impeach the president:  It is their only political play currently.  That, and, of course, they care nothing about real justice, or fairness, or patriotism.

It’s been said “the wheels of justice turn slowly but grind exceedingly fine” and now that Barr (and others) are dissecting Mueller’s miscarriage – it might explain why the former special counsel looked and sounded so frail during his May 29, 2019 press conference.  It could also explain why Rosenstein looks like he’s being held hostage whenever he stands next to Barr.

First, Mueller and Rosenstein stack the decks against Trump before their plans are thwarted by William Barr replacing Mr. Magoo himself, Jeff Sessions. Mueller folds on collusion then ups the stakes on obstruction via volume two of his report which presented like a legal Chinese finger-trap or Gordian Knot.  Barr exonerates the president with his summary of the report thus granting Trump three weeks to celebrate his absolution on the world stage.  In the meantime, Team Mueller sends a letter to Barr, very likely written by Andrew Weissmann, claiming:

The summary letter the Department sent to Congress and released to the public late in the afternoon of March 24 did not fully capture the context, nature, and substance of this office’s work and conclusions….. There is now public confusion about critical aspects of the results of our investigation. This threatens to undermine a central purpose for which the Department appointed the Special Counsel: to assure full public confidence in the outcome of the investigations.

To which Barr responded during his congressional testimony by saying the letter seemed “snitty”.

We also know about White House counsel Emmet T. Flood’s April 19, 2019 letter to Attorney General Barr which was delivered immediately after the release of Mueller’s slightly-redacted 400-page abomination.  Therein, Flood forthrightly stated the following:

The SCO report suffers from an extraordinary legal defect: It quite deliberately failed to comply with the requirements of governing law.

Les the Report’s release be taken as a ‘precent’ or perceived as somehow legitimating the defect, I write with both the President and future Presidents in mind to make the following points clear.

….conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred was not the SCO’s assigned task, because making conclusive determinations of innocence is never the task of the federal prosecutors.

In other words, Mueller’s bullshit “not exonerating” Trump inverted “innocent until proven guilty” into “guilty until proven innocent”; and Team Mueller’s ensuing protestations (i.e. letter and press conference) served to prove Mueller’s very palpable political prejudice.

Of course, none of that matters to the Democrats in the U.S. House who plan to vote next week “on whether to hold Attorney General William Barr and former White House counsel Don McGahn in contempt of Congress for failing to comply with subpoenas related to the probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election”.

And to paraphrase a fellow blogger out here in the still free internet:

I’m nobody, but I object.

In the meantime, the ever-composed Attorney General Barr, in a fireside chat with CBS news, calmly and completely destroyed the deceptions and demurs put forth by Team Mueller even amidst the “slow assassination” of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.

And there can be only one of three alternatives with Assange currently:

1.) He’s in the hands of the evil overlords

2.) Trump plans on using him as a pawn to checkmate the black hats

3.) All of it – every act and every scene – is scripted reality television

Interestingly enough, number three above would imply Trump as part of the plan; either as a Judas goat or a blind bull in the china shop.

As was written in this blogger’s Mayday 2019 “Dear Peggy” piece:

During an April 10, 2019 hearing on Capitol Hill, the U.S Attorney General, William Barr, acknowledged domestic spying on a presidential campaign.  Americans know the spying was originated over claims that Trump colluded with the Russians, election hacking, and, in part, WikiLeaks serving as an agency of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Or, rather, that was the narrative spun for John Q’s consumption.  Then, the very next day after Barr’s bombshell, Julian Assange was arrested on international television.

Was Assange’s arrest a last minute, hail mary maneuver by the Shadow State now cornered by Barr’s public acknowledgement of spying? Because everyone knows that rabbit hole leads to FISA-abuse and much more.  Is Assange now being held hostage to help derail that train?

Or, does Team Trump plan on using Assange to red-pill the world regarding Seth Rich and more?

Again, Trump’s claiming he had nothing to do with WikiLeaks seemed like it was also for John Q’s consumption. Furthermore, Trump said all things Assange were under the purview of Attorney General Barr and the news media has reported the Justice Department is actively seeking Assange’s extradition to the United States.

Reality? Or reality TV? In any scenario, the wool is being pulled over someone’s eyes.  But whose?

But now, instead of being held hostage, it appears Assange is being slowly murdered while the entire world watches.  This, as multiple inquiries are ongoing regarding FISA Abuse, domestic spying on a presidential campaign, and amid politicized accusations of the Executive Branch’s alleged obstruction of justice during and after a partisan special counsel’s sham investigation regarding Russian election hacking.

Whether real or reality TV, there can be no doubt the election of Donald J. Trump has revealed the proverbial gloves coming off just as the allegorical train derails.

And, in the end, that may have been the show we were meant to see all along.
