  1. It’s true that it’s not left vs. right, but it’s not globalists vs. patriots either: It’s cronyism vs. the people.
It’s true that the current brand of globalists is fully under the control of cronyism, so she’s getting a bit closer to the truth than the left vs. right guys – but there’s very much “patriots” under cronyism (Hitler, anyone?) and while we haven’t seen any such movement in reality, a globalist pro-people anti-cronyism movement is a possibility (look at the Internet — it works across all borders, unless I tell you, you can’t even tell what continent I’m on, what race I am or anything like that. Yet the Internet has helped the people more than the cronyists (imagine how they could spread all the fake news if we didn’t have any means to distribute the truth across the globe)).
Some amount of some type of globalism is inevitable as the world “shrinks” in terms of instant communication between people anywhere on the planet, and (more or less) affordable intercontinental travel. “Good” globalism would certainly involve keeping a lot of decisions at a local (probably even smaller than country!) level though – there’s no way someone in New York City or so can understand the needs of a mountain farmer out in Nowhere, Afghanistan or vice versa.
