This crime-free town in Mexico, and why it is that way

This Mexican town kicked all politicians out and now governs itself. Crime is nonexistent, political parties have been eradicated in favor of citizen meetings where local reps are ‘elected’. Not sure what the long-term on this will be, but it sure is interesting.
