According to Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano, Justin Cooper gave the “most informative” testimony the committee has heard yet. “He was an employee of the Clinton family and of the Clinton Foundation, and he had complete and total access to the Clinton emails, and he had no security clearance,” Judge Napolitano explained on “Varney & Co.” today.
