On December 21 President Donald Trump signed the “Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption”. This Executive order declared a state of national emergency that targeted and froze the bank accounts of specific individuals and organizations that are just bit players in a larger network of corruption that is being quietly dissected by President Trump’s Chief of Staff General John Kelly and NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers.
