According to in-house memos now circulating, the DHS has issued orders to banks across America which announce to them that “under the Patriot Act” the DHS has the absolute right to seize, without any warrant whatsoever, any and all customer bank accounts, to make “periodic and unannounced” visits to any bank to open and inspect the contents of “selected safe deposit boxes.”
Further, the DHS “shall, at the discretion of the agent supervising the search, remove, photograph or seize as evidence” any of the following items “bar gold, gold coins, firearms of any kind unless manufactured prior to 1878, documents such as passports or foreign bank account records, pornography or any material that, in the opinion of the agent, shall be deemed of to be of a contraband nature.”
DHS memos also state that banks are informed that any bank employee, on any level, that releases “improper” “classified DHS Security information” to any member of the public, to include the customers whose boxes have been clandestinely opened and inspected and “any other party, to include members of the media” and further “that the posting of any such information on the internet will be grounds for the immediate termination of the said employee or employees and their prosecution under the Patriot Act.” Safety deposit box holders and depositors are not given advanced notice when failed banks shut their doors.
If people have their emergency money in a safe deposit box or an account in a bank that closes, they will not be allowed into the bank to get it out. They can knock on the door and beg to get in but the sheriff’s department or whoever is handling the closure will simply say “no” because they are just following orders.

Pick up your account holder agreement. If you don’t have one go pick one up from the bank and read it. Here is what one from Wells Fargo states;
“The Bank may accept and act on any process that it believes is valid, whether served in person, by mail or by facsimile transmission at any Bank location. Legal process includes without limitation a levy, garnishment or attachment tax levy or withholding order injunction restraining order subpoena search warrant government agency request for information or forfeiture relating to your account. The Bank will not notify you of a grand jury subpoena affecting your account. The Bank may at it’s sole discretion close your account at anytime when the Bank suspects that irregular unauthorized or unlawful activities may be involved with your account. The Bank may freeze or place on hold balance in your account and other accounts that you maintain with the Bank, pending an investigation of such suspected activities.”

In a nut shell, the creator of the Federal Reserve Notes is the sole owner of those notes. All property is based upon fee simple, no citizen holds allodium title to property. There has been a lien holder since the 1783 Paris Treaty. Debtors are subservient to the lender.
In the video (of course put out on Corporate Media) never mentions unwarranted seizures, bank holidays, or confiscation that can be done at any time without a warrant and all safety deposit box articles taken by the DHS!
You have to be very very gullible, fast asleep, or just pure brainwashed to think that deposits or safe deposit boxes are safe in any bank nowadays. If you think I’m wrong, just look at Cyprus.
The banks can seize, limit, or control how much or how little you can get regardless of what your account balance is. Once you put your money in the bank or its building, it is theirs not yours!

Banks need to find a new name for a safe deposit box! Partially safe box maybe, some what safe box, how about a trust US box.

If it IS true, someone tell me WHAT the reason for the Department of Homeland Security is? TO STEAL FROM US, or to SECURE the country for us? WHICH IS IT? It can’t be both!
It appears they are to fill the role of Gestapo. I worked for DHS and couldn’t stand to see the direction they were heading, no one else inside the agency seemed to even notice, it’s a form of psychosis. They are not here to secure the country, that’s what we were told they were created for. So far DHS has not been involved in preventing anything that represents any form of danger. Every credible terrorist action stopped in this country has been done so by law enforcement officers of other federal agencies or local governments. I’m guessing the role of DHS today is to stock pile ammunition, and I won’t be surprised to wake up one morning to hear they are using it against us. It’s not paranoid to think we are living in pre WWII Germany, it’s history repeating it’s self, just on a much larger scale.

why would you store anything of value in a bank? If they don’t open the doors (or disable online banking/ATMs) you aren’t getting your stuff. Anyone leaving anything in a bank deserves to lose it .. .just look at Cyprus.

I’ve never advised anyone use those… if the bank doors aren’t open, you aren’t getting to your goods. Find a safe place to store valuables that isn’t a bank… that includes your cash. They’ll be trying to pull a Cyprus here as well I’m sure.

Cindi, your paper ‘money’ has always been the property of someone else. Before 1913, it was property of the government, now it is the property of the Federal Reserve Bank. They can do whatever they want with it.

Feibel, it takes a locksmith about 5 minutes to drill out those locks, and that bank you trust so much won’t hesitate for a moment if there is any ‘authority’ requesting the opening. I only have money in my bank account to pay immediate bills due. All other money is stored in a secure safe in my home. It also seems that some companies will not accept or they want to charge me extra to make a payment thru the mail. Since when did Cash become an unacceptable form of payment?
