These digital certificates will hold a status, lab test results and history of stars over 2 infection.
Tobe used for continuity of care, or purposes other than health care.
I read the guide & the technical debrief. It's not a blockchain. It'd be a hybrid centralized and decentralized system, as well as cryptography involved with the actual certificates. The decentralized part of the architecture would be a PKI/PKD system. Whole idea still stupid.
