You mix bleach with water about 1 to 4 ratio and put that in a spray bottle. Keep it handy and spritz hands and surfaces often. You can put it in a small soap dispenser to put in your car. Carry a small squeeze bottle of it in your pocket to use after you touch anything shopping.
