This is breaking news, and it is sure to stir the hornet’s nest in the Seth Rich murder investigation. Matt Couch and his investigative team America First Media Group has led the investigation into the murder of Seth Rich. They do not fool around, and they intend to get to the truth.
Today, the America First Media Attorney, Ty Clevenger filed a lawsuit against the FBI and the DOJ over the Seth Rich files. They say the records lie somewhere in some FBI office, and they want them.
They have notified the NSA they want all their communications between them and Congress concerning their discussions of Seth Rich. That should include communications with Julian Assange and Kim Dot Com. By the way, Kim DotCom supports this investigation.

The very sad thing is the other part of this breaking news is the family of Seth Rich filed a lawsuit against Fox News on March 13, 2018. I imagine they have heard what has been leaked that Joel Rich said he knew what Seth had done. I had hoped we had reached a point in the evolution of this case that the family might want to support the discovery of the truth for their dear son.

“The parents of Seth Rich, the Democratic National Committee staffer who was killed in 2016, have filed a lawsuit against Fox News.
Rich, a voter-expansion data director for the DNC, was shot and killed in Washington, D.C. in July 2016. The motive for his murder was never uncovered, leading media outlets to promote a string of conspiracy theories, including an allegation that Rich was involved in the leak of thousands of internal DNC documents to WikiLeaks, which later played a role in Hillary Clinton’s unsuccessful campaign for the presidency.
Rich’s parents filed a lawsuit in New York Tuesday, seeking compensation for “mental anguish and emotional distress, emotional pain and suffering, and any other physical and mental injuries.” The lawsuit claims that reporter Malia Zimmerman and commentator Ed Butowsky developed a “sham” story about Rich’s death, which Fox News “aided and abetted” by providing the story a national platform on which to be disseminated.
Butowsky, according to the lawsuit, reached out to the family under false pretenses, persuading them to hire Rod Wheeler to investigate their son’s death. Unbeknownst to the family, however, Wheeler was working on an article about Rich’s death with Butowsky and Zimmerman. After reportedly finding that WikiLeaks had been in contact with Rich before his death, the reporters falsely suggested that Rich had been responsible for the massive DNC email leak.”
This news from the Rich family disturbs me greatly, and it did not take them too much time to file this lawsuit from the time Butowsky leaked what Joel Rich had told him. I, myself, wrote a report about it.
I feel when America First Media gets their lawsuit moving, the truth will surface….I really do.

For Donald Trump, the political career of Andrew McCabe’s wife was probably reason enough for deep suspicion. Some believe that McCabe has some connection to the death of DNC staffer Seth Rich.
George Webb has covered this case for a very long time now, and he believes the murderer of Seth Rich is Alpha Jalloh. Webb believes that Jalloh hired three Ms-13s to kill Seth Rich. These same MS-13s were killed days later to shut them up for good.
Further McCabe is allegedly implicated, because he let Jalloh go free from a group of car thieves. Jalloh was the only one set free which indicates he became ‘owned’ by McCabe.
Webb believes that FBI’s Andrew McCabe let Nigerian Alpha Mohammed Jalloh out of prison despite a history of serious crimes. He alone was released after being arrested with twenty other people for carjacking. Strange to say the least.
Further Webb linked Jalloh to the infamous Awan Brothers through their car dealerships. Speculation is the family’s car dealership was a money-laundering operation.

There have been so many theories of what happened to Seth, and some of them I do not believe. I do not believe the author, Sey Hersh, when he said Seth asked Julian Assange for money – I think that was the last thing on Seth’s mind.
At this point, I believe that Matt Couch and his team are very close to the truth, and if I am correct – people are going to become very uncomfortable. I am sure Aaron Rich is squirming in his seat. I just hope Joel Rich has not been made to feel guilty for saying what he allegedly said about Seth – that he knew what he did.
I wish he could understand we all know what he did, and WE CONSIDER HIM TO BE AN AMERICAN HERO.

The man injured with the large cut above his eye in the photograph is Metro P.D. officer Derek Tarr who responded to the shooting scene. He is then pictured in another picture with Kelsey Mulka (Seth’s alleged girlfriend)
There is a photo inside a fire station break room with a guy in a purple dress shirt standing and talking. Then another photo of this same guy in a close up. This is Aaron Rich.
He went to the fire station to speak with the medics for trying to save his brother. It says he just happened to be in the area from where he lives in “Colorado.”
There is then a list provided of the names of all the firefighters & medics who were there.

I have to apologize. I just realized you cannot see the photographs….basically they are stills of the video.
I guess Seth’s family was not threatened enough by the DNC if they are willing to file a lawsuit against them……only time will tell if they live to see the insides of a courtroom and a verdict against the DNC…..yes I know the suit is against FOX….but FOX is not the one who ordered the hit….the DNC was the one who ordered the hit.
I was thinkin also that the Seth family could have sued FOX News so the info would have to be released if FOX decided to protect themselves. Brilliant move if that tis the case.

I highly doubt it, but we can hope. With FOX the way it is now, I highly doubt their attorneys would subpoena the required people/ information.
Yeah, I was thinking they will settle out of court.
Then if they win against Fox….I guess they think they will be able to tackle the DNC if they are not all murdered before they can file a case…
I am so glad someone stepped forward for Seth. He gave his life for America, to not be stuck with HildaBeast, and overturned an American Prez election for the good, by exposing HildaBeast the criminal. Americans paid attention, went to the voting booths in droves, to keep the beast OUT. I have cried many a tear for this wonderful hero & he deserves so much better than zilch. He must have a very fine family who raised him right, to do what’s right. I wish I could have met such a fine man. I would have worked for him, if he would have let me. My eyes get wet every time I see his pic or get reminded of him. I am surprised he was alone, he should never have been alone. The world needs 30 million of him, and to be rid of the globalists who are all no good scoundrels.
Unfortunately, he most likely wasn’t alone but had the Awan Brothers, fellow Democrat IT guys, with him when he got capped!
