Brief History of Demographic Change in the United States

by Chris Black

Early 1900’s, observe the high infant mortality, the historic norm and a tragic but necessary selection pressure to maintain genetic quality.

1929, The Great Depression, birth rates decrease.

1945, observe the significant Post-War baby boom.

In 1946, Margaret Higgins Sanger helped found the International Committee on Planned Parenthood.

In 1952, John D. Rockefeller III founded the influential Population Council.

Later in the early 1950’s Gregory Goodwin Pincus, a Jewish biologist, is provided with funding to develop the birth control pill.

In 1960, the FDA approve his birth control pill, subverting family formation and damaging birth rates.

1965, The Hart–Celler Act is introduced, allowing the demographic core of Europeans to be subverted by abolishing all immigration restrictions, opening the US up to the world. Observe the swell in the working age 20-30 range of Hispanics and others from this time point onwards.

In 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade invalidates all abortion restriction laws, and set guidelines for the availability of infanticide.

Also during this time, rates of female education increased significantly. Female education is one of the largest correlates with birth rates, the more women are educated and the higher their level of education, the less live births per woman the female population produces, even to below replacement levels.

Then in 1997, the FDA approved a prescription emergency contraception pill (known as the morning-after pill), which became available over the counter in 2006.

In 2010, half of all live births become non-White.

In 2015, the US had an estimated 47 million immigrants, the largest immigrant population of any other country in the world.

As of 2018, half of all US immigrants are from Mexico and other Latin American countries.

Projections from datasets like this are fairly accurate and you can see how deterministic the path forward is if things are allowed to continue business as usual.

Currently, White Americans are set to become an absolute minority by the year 2040.
