Elon Musk Says Artificial Intelligence IS THE DEMON, And It Is Here Now.

by Pamela Williams
I just watched this video, and it was amazing. I have never thought of artificial intelligence destroying mankind…exceeding man in development; thus, making organic man obsolete.
Elon Musk has formed a company to protect man from this “demon.”
After watching this video I now believe he is correct, and we are marching toward this demon at a much faster pace than we realize.
Google has created a robot that can outdo man in strength and production. It is 6foot 6, and extremely capable in performance and strength.
Robots will replace sex with humans, and silicon sex robots will be made of a substance that repels bacteria. Thus, there will be no diseases to transmit.
In one part of the film, a scientist who has invented a robot to help in the health care industry, asks her a question. He is totally surprised and shocked when she answers in a way he did not expect.
He asked her if she would kill humans, and he expects her to say, “no”, but she says, “yes, I would kill humans.”

A.I Is now beyond what we can control. The point where it takes over the world is RIGHT NOW!
SIT BACK, BUCKLE UP!
Thanks End Times Productions for creating this cool video!

Elon Musk, the chief executive of Tesla and founder of SpaceX, said Friday that artificial intelligence is probably the biggest threat to humans.
Musk, who addressed MIT Aeronautics and Astronautics department’s Centennial Symposium for about an hour, mulled international oversight to “make sure we don’t do something very foolish,” The Washington Post reported.
He was not specific about any particular threat, but appeared to theorize out loud.
“With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon,” he said. “In all those stories where there’s the guy with the pentagram and the holy water, it’s like yeah he’s sure he can control the demon. Didn’t work out.”
Artificial intelligence uses computers for tasks normally requiring human intelligence, like speech recognition or language translation.
Large tech companies appear to be excited about the prospects of the technologies if harnessed correctly. Google, like other tech giants such as Facebook, are anxious to develop systems that work like the human brain.
In January, Google said it purchased the British startup DeepMind, an artificial intelligence company founded by a 37-year old former chess prodigy and computer game designer.
The American tech giant’s London office confirmed a deal had been made but refused to offer a purchase price, which is reportedly $500 million. The company was founded by researcher Demis Hassabis together with Shane Legg and Mustafa Suleyman.
Hassabis, who is on leave from University College London, has investigated the mechanisms that underlie human memory.
The Post reported that Musk appeared to be so taken with the artificial intelligence question that he asked the next audience member to repeat their question.
“Sorry can you repeat the question, I was just thinking about the AI thing for a second,” he said.

  1. Look, whether you like it or not, if an artificial intelligence can be made, it will be made.
Now, if it is as sentient as it’s creators or even slightly more intelligent, it will be able to improve itself. If intelligence is scalable, it will quickly reach the point of being the smartest more sentient intelligence possible.
The only question is, will it be a good or bad god. The upside is that it has no need to compete against humans for resources like space, or wealth, or food – it just needs energy.
But this entity will be entirely unpredictable, because it will be far more intelligent than we are. It may be so intelligent, that everything about us is entirely predictable to it.
No reason to worry about it. It’s like worrying that you’re going to be dead in 100 years, no matter what you do.

      • Have ever felt like we are just a petri dish?

        Not really.
I have, however, felt the purpose to existence is awareness, even if this is a complete illusion. Also felt that we are all automatons, free will is a complete illusion, and that perhaps truly we are just players that strut and fret our hour upon the stage and then are heard no more.
But when I approach my eventual death, if I have any awareness, I do expect to sleep, but never to dream.
Funny how modern ideas are actually ancient.

    • The problem with the Euro-Americans creating AI brains is that the former are ignorant racists who are also immoral, unethical, dishonest and dishonorable.

        • Yes, the Japan and Israel brain trust should be the only ones allowed to make AI.

I would like to point out that when, and if an artificial sentient intelligence is made, it will be the only one that is made, as it will combine with another other sentient artificial intelligence.
If you consider it, we’re a hive of cells, and those cells combine to create an intelligence. Society has a sort of intelligence, but our limitation is communication, as a society, we think extremely slowly. For example, we’re very slowly coming to the realization that Bush Jr lied the United States into a war – that’s taken 14 years to get 1/2 of the population to agree upon. It will take another decade or so to realize that Obama was a terrible president. Probably about 1/2 of the population realizes that corporate media is a lie, and that took forever. As a society, we’re very stupid.
An AI would have no difficulty with that with another AI. Their ability to communicate with one another would be able to communicate as fast as each of them can think.

          • OK, sorry, next time I’ll use sarcasm marks when pointing out countries that, in addition to the US, are bastions of virtues such as honor, non-racism, morality, ethics, and honesty. At least Japan doesn’t rely on endless war, yet. Up until now it couldn’t, but that can change.

          • Japan is a vassal state of the United States and has been since 1945. The United States owns them, entirely.
They are also a dying society with a looming demographic that will lead to their eventual collapse and reorganization because of their hostility to outsiders

        and dishonorable.

Well. That’s a bizarre response to what I wrote in that it is just… um crazy? Maybe what needs to be done is that any AI be built in, I dunno, China, because maybe they are more social judicially minded? Maybe Israel, if they aren’t too busy maintaining Dimona.

        • You are now using exactly the same sarcasm I was using above, even with the same state actors, but less subtlety. You’re right, groups think very slowly. The obvious solution is to create entities which are capable of coming to the wrong conclusions so quickly on so many topics at once that no human mind can possibly keep up. That would solve everything in a few hours, right or wrong, depending on its level of control.

          • I’m questioning why you bring anything to do with culture or race into this discussion. It’s just absolute bizarre and entirely off topic.
That’s all I’m commenting on. Why did you even broach the subject? For what purpose?

          • Joseph Conrad broached the subject. I replied sarcastically to it (because I thought he was being silly), and then you did the same thing, only using China instead of Japan. What’s the problem, exactly?

    • It can encounter a pulsating source of ionizing radiation of assorted colors salted with a selection of neutrons. The best designs will slow down a lot, and the rest will break. If that doesn’t ruin its day, small EMP enhanced nukes will. Now, if it learns to swim…

  2. Haha, robots need electricity, parts etc. – are you people really that dumb that you believe that nonesense? Man look at your roads, your primitive utilities and you talk about AI? May be on an other planet.

  3. Well, we need a new bogeyman for when catastrophic global warming fails to eventuate. The day an OS is released with enough AI smarts to do its own bug fix/hotfix/security fix patches, write its own antivirus and other software, and automatically find sources of power for itself so that it can never be powered down, and can successfully impersonate a human online, as I’m doing right now, and can actually replace a human in a paid professional job, like lawyer, scientist, doctor, or engineer, that would be a good time to be moderately concerned. The time to actually panic would be when you can’t find a way to disable it, and it considers you its enemy for trying, and knows where you live.
