Ex-CIA Director John Brennan Says President Trump Should Be Ashamed Of Himself – It Never Ends.

by Pamela Williams
It seems President Trump is never going to please Ex-CIA Director John Brennan. Now, Brennan is saying Trump should be ashamed of himself, because of what he said when he visited the CIA as one of his first duties on Saturday. I know President Trump made the visit to the CIA as one of his first priorities as the President of the United States.
According to former CIA deputy chief of staff Nick Shapiro, Brennan believes that Trump “should be ashamed of himself” for his “display of self-aggrandizement.”
“Former CIA director Brennan is deeply saddened and angered at Donald Trump’s despicable display of self-aggrandizement in front of CIA’s Memorial Wall of Agency heroes.
It appears that President Trump was just being himself as he spoke about the crowd that gathered for his Inauguration in comparison to the number gathered at the Obama inauguration. The press had stated there were many more at Obama’s inauguration; however, President Trump did not agree with that assessment, and he was only mentioning that in conversation Saturday. Leave it to Brennan to make a big deal of it.

Trump also denied having a “feud” with the intelligence community, blaming it on “dishonest” media and vowing to strongly support intelligence officials.
“As you know I have a running war with the media,” Trump said. “They are among the most dishonest human beings on earth. And they sort of made it sound like I had a feud with the intelligence community. And just want to let you know that the reason you’re the No. 1 stop is exactly the opposite.”
President Trump made mention of the media, due to the media circus which took place over his CIA briefing. Following that BUZZFEED and CNN printed a false “fake news” report on an elaborate hoax involving the event. Honestly, I could not even repeat the whole misdirected story. It was confusing, and most people could not follow it…much less understand it.

Donald Trump toured the CIA on his first full day as president on Saturday, pledging to the intelligence community afterward that “I am so behind you.”
The visit to the agency’s Langley, Virginia, headquarters seemed designed to smooth over growing tensions between the new commander in chief and the nation’s spy agencies.
The rift widened notably when Trump, while still president-elect, questioned intelligence reports that said Russia tried to influence the November election in his favor, and then openly antagonized the intelligence community on Twitter.
Earlier this month, however, he publicly accepted the U.S. intelligence agencies’ findings that Russia was involved in cyberespionage.
Trump blamed the media Saturday for claiming that he was sparring with intelligence officials.
“They made it seem like I had a feud with the intelligence community, and the reason you’re the No. 1 stop is exactly the opposite,” Trump told CIA officers and staff in attendance.
He noted earlier, however, that the agency didn’t seem to be getting the support that it should have.
“I am so behind you, and I know that maybe you haven’t gotten the backing that you’ve wanted,” Trump said. “You’re going to get so much backing … You’ll say, ‘Please, Mr. President, please don’t give us so much backing.'”

Vice President Mike Pence and national security adviser retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn joined Trump at the CIA, along with Trump’s choice for CIA director, Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Kan.
Pompeo’s nomination remains locked up in the Senate confirmation process as Democrats say they need more time to debate before a confirmation vote can be held.
Trump earlier in the day attended a prayer breakfast at the Washington National Cathedral — as is tradition on the day after the inauguration — just as tens of thousands of demonstrators flooded D.C to support gender equality and other issues at the Women’s March on Washington.
During his CIA visit, Trump visit took a dig at news reports that showed attendance for his inauguration on Friday was far smaller than the 1.8 million people who attended Barack Obama’s inauguration in 2009.
“We had it looked like a million and a half people,” Trump said. “Whatever it was, it was — but it looked like it went all the way back to the National Monument.”
An exact number is unclear because the National Park Service, which oversees the National Mall, no longer estimates crowd sizes.
Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, attacked Trump’s public remarks during his CIA visit for giving “little more than a perfunctory acknowledgment” of staffers who have lost their lives on the job.
“Instead he argued at length about the size of the crowd at his inauguration, set out his favorites in the media, meandered through a variety of other topics unrelated to intelligence, and made the astounding claim so belied by the evidence — ‘I love honesty,” Schiff said.
Former CIA Director John Brennan through a spokesperson issued a sharper rebuke. He called the speech, given in front of a memorial wall honoring agency employees who died in the line of service, “a despicable display of self-aggrandizement.”

    • Crispus, I think Trump knows much more than they think he does That is what makes Brennan so mad. I believe Trump has won not only the Presidency but the respect of many we don’t even know about.

  1. When the good men and women- if there are any at that alphabet agency- they should purge their ranks of the filth that uses their position for power or worse. To those who tacitly authorizes the destruction of this country for the power brokers-you and your will be treated accordingly PC is over- the snowflakes want it this way- they shall get what they asked for.

  2. Brennon is just another Soros puppet. They all need to go, yesterday. If I were he, I would have a private talk with these Soros media whores. In fact, I would make Soros an offer he couldn’t refuse. “You stop now, or hang. You choose”.

  3. THE CIA AS ORGANIZED CRIME: How Illegal Operations Corrupt America and the World by Douglas Valentine. This book should be required reading for every American who wants to know the truth! Because the CIA is “self-funding” like the MOB, “eliminating” the CIA would require Congress to REPEAL the CIA’s charter legislation! Then they would be just another criminal organization with the gang members subject to arrest and prosecution for what they’ve been doing “under the cover” of being a government agency. If smart, Trumps will DRAIN them out of the swamp.

  4. The once head of one of the scumbag agencies in the entire world is talking about shame. What a true piece of human excrement this guy is this agency that he lead through its history of existence has caused more human suffering more death, more destruction then one can comprehend, and he has the gull to talk about shame. Tough decision as to the worst agency but toss the coin and it is either Mossad or the pussie ass CIA.
