FBI Refuses To Release Files On Hillary Clinton Due To “Lack Of Public Interest.” FOX Contributor Jason Chaffetz Says They Are Protecting The Deep State.

by Ruby Henley
What a joke the FBI is telling:  “no public interest in the files of Hillary Clinton!” However, I am not laughing…are you?  Jason Chaffetz is now a contributor to FOX NEWS, and he is not laughing.  In fact, he says they are trying to protect the “Deep State.”  Thank you, Jason Chaffetz for telling the truth.  Chaffetz has received more than one death threat due to his work as a Representative on Capitol Hill.  It sounds like he has had enough, and has decided to tell the truth on air.
Chaffetz says he left Congress, so he could work with FOX NEWS and get the truth to the people.  He said that he had requested help from AG Jeff Sessions on getting files, but he said he would not cooperate with him.  Chaffetz said the Deep State or the Shadow Government is in control.  I am surprised that he would actually say this, but I am very grateful to him.

The actual statement from the FBI is as follows:  “You must show that the public interest sought is a significant one” – David M. Hardy of the FBI’s Records Management Division.
Ty Clevenger, an attorney in New York City, filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in March of 2016 asking for a variety of documents from the FBI and the Justice Department, including correspondence exchanged with Congress about the Clinton email investigation.
But in a letter sent this week and obtained by Fox News, the head of the FBI’s Records Management Division told Clevenger that the bureau has “determined you have not sufficiently demonstrated that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject.”
In July 2016, then-FBI Director James Comey famously called Clinton’s email arrangement “extremely careless” though he decided against recommending criminal charges.
Comey is one of the most powerful figures in the Deep State, and President Trump knew it.  I think you can identify someone, who is in alignment with the Deep State by their arrogance, audacity, and apparent impunity. They know they will be backed by the Deep State regardless of their crimes.
An example of this is how Debbie Wasserman Schultz has shown no remorse for the lack of ethics clearly shown by the DNC, of which she was Chair. Further, the American people must accept a scope of betrayal that has yet to be fully revealed.  Consider that a Pakistani spy ring has been working on Capitol Hill with Wasserman Schultz at the helm, giving these spies access to the emails of Congress.  But much worse than that, these spies kept our Nation’s Intelligence on an outside server.  Ask yourself how could this be happening in the United States?
Where are our lawmakers? Clearly we have to accept they are out to lunch and will never be returning.  If they do return, it will only be for their paychecks.  Just as Jason Chaffetz could not remain on Capitol Hill and do his job in an effective way, the American people can no longer afford to believe that the Government of the United States exists for and by the People.
The United States has been bought out by the Deep State, and at this point the American people must accept that or move on in stupidity.  President Trump is the only thing that stands between us and them.  He is fighting for his survival, but he is also fighting for the survival of the United States.  I am just not sure at his time if he is going to make it.

Though Clinton lost the election, Clevenger is still attempting to obtain documents related to the investigation. He’s seeking to prove she committed perjury, the Washington Times reported.
He specifically asked for all documents resulting from a September 6, 2016 referral to the Justice Department from then-House Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz, a Utah Republican.
At the time, Chaffetz asked the department to “investigate and determine whether Secretary Clinton or her employees and contractors violated statues that prohibit destruction of records, obstruction of congressional inquiries, and concealment or cover up of evidence material to a congressional investigation.”
On Aug. 8, the FBI asked Clevenger to detail why the public would be interested.
“If you seek disclosure of any existing records on this basis, you must demonstrate that the public interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests,” the letter stated. “In this regard, you must show that the public interest sought is a significant one, and that the requested information is likely to advance that interest.”
Clevenger expressed disbelief at the request.
“Frankly, I am stunned I should have to explain why my request pertains to a matter of public interest,” Clevenger wrote in an Aug. 11 letter to the FBI.
He cited how Clinton was the Democratic nominee for president of the United States, a former secretary of state and a former senator.

I read an interesting article the other day in my research on the Deep State.  As you read the excerpt below, please consider the Wasserman-Schultz and Awan scandal we currently find our government involved in.

After his election as President of the US, Donald Trump appears in no mood to forget or forgive the alleged CIA activities against him. The credibility of the CIA is in question.  President Trump, during his campaign, had accused the CIA and the media in circulating ‘fake news’news against him.
Donald Trump had further said he had no use for erroneous intelligence reports. Perhaps he had in mind US intelligence failure to discover ‘weapons of mass destruction’ in Iraq, its failure to prevent the terrorist attacks on 9/11 and also the massive leakage by Edward Snowden of documents of the National Security Agency (NSA) in 2013, which showed that US citizens were under constant surveillance by the intelligence community.
Internet technology and Facebook and Googles have increasingly affected the credibility of CIA. President Trump regularly tweets his policy opinions. He has appreciated Julian Assange for publishing the leaked DNC documents and emails.

Now lets take a further look at the real Deep State and how far its tentacles reach.  How much power does the Deep State really have?  Are they a world-wide power going far beyond the United States?  Is the United States CIA, in fact, just a small part of the Deep State? Has the CIA joined forces with other Intelligence agencies in this world to create the ultimate Deep State?  If this is true, the United States no longer exists as a sovereign Cournty. Does it exist at all?
The ‘intelligence-industrial complex’ today is a huge network of agencies and private contractors. Over 1200 state organizations and nearly 2000 private companies, according to an estimate by Washington Post in 2010, work on diverse aspects of counter-terrorism, intelligence, homeland security and others.
The controversial role of the CIA in the US and in other countries, has been documented in official and non-official reports (Zinn, 2015).
Tim Weiner former Director of the CIA has admitted that the need for secrecy on the part of intelligence agencies conflicts with the openness of American democracy (Weiner, 2007). Mass leaks and unpredictable whistle blowers pose a challenge to the secretive ‘deep state’.
Weiner has added the CIA’s mission was to know the world; but when it failed to do so, it set about changing the world. ‘Its failures have left us a ‘Legacy of Ashes’(the title of his 2007 book).
Further, the Iraq Inquiry Report by John Chilkot (reviewed by Philip Sands in the London Review of Books, 28 July 2016) and the book titled ‘Interrogation of Saddam Hussein’ by John Nixon reviewed by James Risen in New York Times, December 18, 2016) too provide a gloomy picture of the ‘deep state’ in the US.
The performance of the ‘deep states’ in the governments of India and Pakistan, inherited from the colonial regime, has been equally disappointing given that they were retained unchanged after independence in 1947. Attempted reforms in India during 1977-79, have been unsuccessful.

  1. N. Mullik Director of the Indian Intelligence Bureau (IB) was of colonial vintage and he remained head of the agency for the longest period from 1950 to 1964 under Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru (1947-64), He had close links with the CIA and followed the policies dictated by it on Tibet and China. He developed a regressive policy response to Pakistan a Muslim country that emerged from the Partition of undivided India in 1947.

Mullik produced a three volume report titled “My Years with Nehru’ in 1971-72, in which he proudly claimed responsibility for all the regressive policies pursued by Nehru on China, Tibet Kashmir and China and also his internal policies with regard to Kerala and the Northeast. The insurgencies in Kashmir and the Northeast were the result of these policies, which had their origins in the colonial regime. Mullik’s autobiographical three volumes were described as the most indiscreet memoirs written by a former intelligence chief (see some details in Subramanian, 2007).
The post-Mullik policy regime in India’s Intelligence Bureau (IB) has largely followed his guidelines without change. Intelligence failures relating to the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks and other similar failures have been extensively analyzed in official reports (see for example, Menon, 2016). Other terrorist attacks have occurred in 2016 at Pathankot, Uri and Jagrota in the Jammu and Kashmir sector with no meaningful response toward peace-building with Pakistan from where the attacks have originated.
The situation in Pakistan, which has been under military rule for much of the post-independence period, the record has been regressive. In 2016 for example, the chief of the Pakistani ‘deep state’ the ISI Assad Durrani, appeared in a conversation with Mehdi Hasan of the Al Jazeera TV network and brazenly admitted that the ISI was aware that the international terrorist Osama bin Laden was in secret protective custody near the military garrison town of Abbottabad till he was discovered and killed by American Special Forces on May 2, 2011.

Rumors are swirling that deep state forces are at work undermining Donald Trump’s presidency. Are these mere rumors? Quite possibly. But there is also evidence to consider in the following:
Exhibit A: The flow of relatively high-level leaks signals that someone other than the president controls the levers of power in the U.S. government. Amanda Taub and Max Fisher of the New York Times report: “Though leaks can be a normal and healthy check on a president’s power, what’s happening now … risks developing an entrenched culture of conflict between the president and his own bureaucracy.”
Exhibit B: The CIA backed Hilary Rodham Clinton’s candidacy for president. It then relied heavily on circumstantial evidence to support its allegations that Russia colluded with the Trump campaign to dictate the election’s outcome. Journalist Glenn Greenwald, a champion of the left, warned that “cheering for the CIA and its shadowy allies to unilaterally subvert the U.S. election and impose its own policy dictates on the elected president is both warped and self-destructive.”
Exhibit C: National Security Advisor and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn lied to or misled Vice President Mike Pence regarding the substance of talks he had with Russian ambassador Sergey Ivanovich Kislyak. There are suspicions that Flynn’s ouster was a “political assassination” by U.S. intelligence
Exhibit D: President Trump alleges that bureaucrats loyal to the Obama administration, many of whom still hold positions in the administrative state, wire-tapped Trump Tower prior to the election. When members of the military-intelligence establishment continually disobey civilian leaders (leak information, subvert elections, ignore official policy directives, etc.), civil-military relations break down. The democratic state is put at risk of becoming a so-called banana republic, subject to military coups, or a deep-state controlled autocratic state, similar to Turkey and Egypt, wherein former military and intelligence officers pressure a weak government to carry out their agenda.
I believe that the world-wide Deep State now controls governments in many Countries, and to think otherwise would be the ramblings of a fool. All the Intelligence Agencies have connected forming a web which is clearly the Deep State.  If you consider this information you will begin to understand how a Pakistani spy ring embedded itself in the government of the United States. Further you will understand that President Trump is trying his best to take this Country back to its sovereign roots.  However, the Deep State is world wide, and President Trump is only one man.  He is my hero, and I pray for him every day. I believe he is an innocent player in all of this, and I do not believe he is a part of the Deep State.

  1. So the FBI is ACTUALLY saying (PROTECTING it’s ASSets)) that it’s NOT important if Shillary broke the law ( cause SHE is ABOVE the Law), but only If the public is interested in pursuing it ( which they STILL won’t do,anyway.)
FBI is CONTROLLED/Directed by the CIA to PROTECT ALL the CIA globalist Muppets from Prosecution/Indictments/Jail time. IF the CIA Muppets go down, they will pull down the CIA-Deep State…They are ALL in COLLUSION & SHOULD LEGALLY be considered DOMESTIC Terrorists….Hmmm….The PATRIOT ACT comes to mind, Arrest & Detain IMMEDIATELY & Indefinitely is the Mandate.

  2. Exhibit E: Observe Angela Merkel. Prior to Trump taking office, she was consistently subservient to the White House (both Bush and Obama), to the point that she wrote an article essentially apologizing for the fact that her predecessor was too smart to get Germany involved in the Iraq war.
The second Trump took office, she changed her position to essentially antagonize the US president, even declaring herself the new “leader of the free world”.
Merkel is an asshole, but first and foremost, a coward. If she had any doubts whatsoever as to who is calling the shots in D.C., she would never have antagonized someone with clearly superior firepower and with the power to cause real problems for Germany’s economy by peaceful means.
She would never have spoken out against her twin sister Hitlery Clinton if she had managed to steal the election.
Exhibit F: Observe the corporate media. Much like Merkel, they used to do what Bush and Obama told them to — reporting outright lies about Iraq and 9/11 to get those wars started, and never once revealing the truth about what was really happening.
Would it have been thinkable for the media to spend half a year asserting Russia had put Bush into power? Or to run completely made up stories about Obama’s misdeeds with Russian prostitutes?
I don’t think so – clearly the decisionmakers in the corporate media were afraid of reporting anything negative about Bush and Obama, but they know 100% that they won’t have their license revoked or anything for reporting outright lies designed to smear Trump.
Exhibit G: Look at the EU. Trump said there will be no TTIP. Yet EU officials continue to edit the TTIP contracts to make it even more anti-people anti-small business pro-giant megacorporation. Why, if TTIP has already failed? Probably because they know Trump won’t actually be allowed to make that decision even if by some miracle he gets a second term despite efforts to steal it?

  5. For how long can the Democrat party–and I include the FBI and DOJ in that group–demonstrate blatant corruption and continue to operate as though they were totally legit? Meanwhile, the Trump/Russia witch hunt is allowed to continue, and continue to expand in scope, with ZERO evidence of ANY wrongdoing!? It’s staggering. Now we find Comey had decided to let Hillary skate BEFORE HE INTERVIEWED HER! Must I remind the reader that it isn’t even up to Comey to make such a decision?
When will someone put a stop to this corruption? It makes Tammany Hall look like Romper Room!
