Two wealthy Ecuadorian brothers who were principals in DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, the California companies fined and ordered to shut down for illegally trafficking world-wide in aborted baby parts it obtained from Planned Parenthood, were arrested by ICE on February 13, 2019.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Roberto and William Isaías on Feb. 13. ICE representative Nestor Yglesias said the brothers were “unlawfully present” in the U.S., and have been “transferred to ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations” for deportation proceedings following their arrest. Yglesias added the pair is “in agency custody pending removal proceedings.”
The arrest of Roberto and William Isaias was gratifying to Operation Rescue, which published an investigative research report on October 27, 2016 – just days before the Presidential Election that put Donald J. Trump in office – that detailed their crimes in Ecuador, dubious dealings with the Obama administration, their business with Planned Parenthood and the aborted baby body parts trade.
“We understood that this family was in the U.S. under suspicious circumstances, and that they had committed crimes in Ecuador and Southern California,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “We had hoped that one day they would return to Ecuador so that justice could be done, but their arrests still took us by surprise.”
In 2012, Roberto and William Isaias were sentenced in abstentia to eight years in prison for running their Ecuadorian bank into the ground then presenting false balance sheets to profit from bailout funds, wiping out the life savings of thousands of families. Ecuador says the Isaias family cost the impoverished country a total of $661.5 million.
The Isaias family began dumping large amounts of campaign contributions into American political campaigns, including $90,000 to Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. As a result, after reaching out to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for asylum, the Isaias’ were granted expedited immigration into the U.S. Clinton’s State Department then rebuffed attempts by Ecuador to extradite them to face justice.

The district attorney in Orange County, California has filed a lawsuit against two biomedical procurement companies and has accused them of turning illegal lucrative profits from the sales of aborted baby body parts acquired from Planned Parenthood clinics.
Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas announced last week that his office has filed a civil complaint against sister companies DV Biologics and DaVinci Biosciences. The lawsuit alleges that the companies are guilty of selling hundreds of aborted baby tissue units all over the world for an extremely marked up profit.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra filed 15 felony charges against pro-life activists David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt yesterday, alleging they illegally recorded conversations during their 2015 undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood and its connection to the fetal tissue trade.
In April 2015, authorities raided Daleiden’s home and seized thousands of video files related to the undercover investigation by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP). An investigator who viewed 2,300 of the files determined Daleiden and Merritt illegally recorded the conversations of 14 individuals between 2014 and 2015 and committed one count each of conspiracy to invade privacy. In a statement on the CMP website, Daleiden called the charges “bogus.”
The day before Becerra filed charges against Daleiden and Merritt, a California Superior Court Judge in Orange County denied the request by DV Biologics owners Estefano Isaías Sr. and Estefano Isaías Jr. to exclude them from charges brought against their company.

Senator Menendez was also investigated for his ties to Roberto and William Isaias aka the Isaias brothers, and I know I’ve quoted this WikiLeaks cable before but honestly, it provides one of the best summaries about them,
“William and Roberto Isaias, former chiefs of Filanbanco bank and among Ecuador’s richest men, fled Ecuador in 1999 after absconding with over $100 million in government bailout funds. They used their ill-gotten wealth to buy safe passage from Ecuador and later pressured prosecutors to reduce criminal charges against them. Similar pressure tactics resulted in GoE-prepared extradition packages that were insubstantial and non-actionable by the Department of Justice. Proof of their financial shenanigans was sufficient, however, to permit the State Department to revoke their visas on money-laundering charges in 2003.”
And yes, the State Department may have revoked their visas in 2003, but after almost crippling Ecuador’s economy and then buying their way into the United States, they still reside in Florida and the United States refuses to extradite them to Ecuador. That is, after their relatives donated $90,000 to Obama’s reelection campaign.

Last weekend, the Orange County District Attorney’s office in southern California completed the first successful prosecution of a major node in Planned Parenthood’s alleged baby body parts network: Sister companies DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, business partners with Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties (PPOSBC), signed a $7.8 million settlement in which they were banned from doing business in the state of California ever again and admitted breaking state and federal laws by selling aborted fetal organs and tissue from Planned Parenthood for profit.
In their press release announcing this win, the DA’s office states: “the (Orange County District Attorney) opened an investigation into DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics after a complaint was submitted by the Center for Medical Progress regarding the illegal sale of aborted fetal tissue by both companies.”
Fetal tissue firms in undercover pro-life investigation shutter after $7.8 million settlement
Two California biomedical firms named in an undercover video investigation of the sale of fetal tissue from abortions are shutting down after reaching a $7.8 million settlement with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
As part of the settlement, DV Biologics LLC and sister company DaVinci Biosciences LLC were ordered to cease all operations in California within 60 to 120 days and admit liability for unlawfully selling fetal tissues and cells for profit.
“This settlement seizes all profits from DV Biologics and DaVinci Biosciences, which they acquired by viewing body parts as a commodity and illegally selling fetal tissues for valuable consideration,” District Attorney Tony Rackauckas said in a statement. “These companies will never be able to operate again in Orange County or the State of California.”
Prosecutors opened the investigation into the fetal tissue companies in 2015 after undercover videos released by the pro-life Center for Medical Progress showed top Planned Parenthood executives and others in the abortion industry discussing the market for the human remains from abortions.

Planned Parenthood Baby Parts Business Partners Admit Guilt in $7.8 Million Settlement
Two of Planned Parenthood’s business partners, DaVinci Biosciences and DV Biologics, have admitted guilt in a $7.8 million settlement with the Orange County District Attorney for selling aborted baby body parts from Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties for profit in violation of federal and California law. The OCDA’s press release credits citizen journalism reporting from The Center for Medical Progress for prompting the investigation of baby body parts trafficking in Orange County.
“The DaVinci companies’ admission of guilt for selling baby parts from Planned Parenthood is a ringing vindication of CMP’s citizen journalism methods and accuracy,” says CMP Project Lead David Daleiden. “In light of the news that Planned Parenthood is now under federal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for the sale of fetal body parts, the next step is for Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties to be held accountable under the law for their 7-year-long aiding, abetting, and profiting in DaVinci’s criminal scheme to sell baby parts for profit.”
