China has faced massive headwinds as financial stability has become a major risk factor. The IMF has pointed directly at some of their issues and made some weak recommendations. Unlike countries like Greece, the IMF doesn’t have control over their monetary system so they tread lightly. In times of crisis however, the supranational entities suddenly gain oversight and discretion in places they should never be.

With the record that IMF has in ‘helping’ countries and ‘Stabilising’ their economies, why in the name of all that is reasonable would China listen to these *ssholes?
China is doing just fine and becoming the economic leader of the world. Just as Russia is becoming the moral and ethical leader.
US and EU are approaching zero in both fields.
