Greene tweeted Pelosi “cannot force any member of congress” to take the vaccine, also claiming the vaccines are “NOT even FDA approved” – though the FDA did grant them emergency use authorizations.
Pelosi had said in a Wednesday floor speech that Congress’ attending physician had advised the mask rule remain in place “until all members, and the floor staff, are fully vaccinated.”
Congress’ attending physician Brian P. Monahan responded to the Centers for Disease Control’s updated mask guidelines last week by lifting the mask requirement for House office buildings and most of the Capitol but kept it in place for the House chamber, later clarifying that it extends to in-person committee hearings as well.
Speaker Pelosi is running an unethical oppressive work environment in the House of Representatives.
Forcing masks compliance and demanding vaccine records in order for me to represent the people of #GA14, is tyrannical.
