Russian Hackers Are Blackmailing Liberal Groups! Progressive Liberals Paying For Anti-Trump Protests BLACKMAILED!

The hackers appear to be Russian by the footprints they are leaving, but at this time the investigators are not certain. In one case, a non-profit group and a prominent liberal donor discussed how to use grant money to cover some costs for anti-Trump protesters. The identities were not disclosed, and it’s unclear if the protesters were paid. I think we are fortunate to be getting this news, as it has been covered up. It is about time that these thugs, who seek to destroy through chaos are being revealed. If you think about it, how else can they be exposed except by hackers or whistleblowers?
It appears those who are being hacked are paying the ransom demands. In several different cases, the demands have ranged from about $30,000 to $150,000, payable in untraceable bitcoins. Isn’t this a very curious development? They have managed to keep it quite, and I don’t know how. These people should be arrested and prosecuted for trying to overthrow our government and our President. The FBI now knows who is funding these protests.
Russian hacking group COZY BEAR, who was believed to have hacked the DNC is now under investigation, but the investigators say it is hard to pin down hacking groups. This group is still under investigation from the DNC hack, but it appears they have not been pinned down yet. The hackers are targeting liberals groups connected to the Clintons and Obamas. This is quite interesting.

The Center for American Progress, a Washington think tank with strong links to both the Clinton and Obama administrations, and Arabella Advisors, which guides liberal donors who want to invest in progressive causes, have been asked to pay ransoms, according to people familiar with the probes.
The Center for American Progress declined a pre-publication request for comment. “CAP has no evidence we have been hacked, no knowledge of it and no reason to believe it to be true. CAP has never been subject to ransom,” Allison Preiss, a spokeswoman for the center, said in a statement Monday morning.
It’s unclear whether Arabella is part of the same campaign as the other dozen groups, according to one of the people familiar with the probes, but the tactics and approach are similar.

If the Arabella attack came from a different group, multiple criminals could be lifting a page from Russia’s hacking of the 2016 campaign, attempting to leverage the reputational damage that could be inflicted on political organizations by exposing their secrets.

John Podesta, former chief of staff to President Bill Clinton and the head of Obama’s first transition team, founded the Center for American Progress in 2003. Last year, Podesta stepped down as CAP’s president—he remains its chair and counselor—and was replaced by Neera Tanden, who served in both the Obama and Clinton administrations. Former Virginia Congressman Tom Perriello heads the CAP Action Fund, an advocacy unit, which operates out of the same offices and shares personnel.
CAP has emerged as perhaps the most influential of all think tanks during the Obama era, and there’s been a rapidly revolving door between it and the administration. CAP is also among the most secretive of all think tanks concerning its donors. Most major think tanks prepare an annual report containing at least some financial and donor information and make it available on their websites. According to CAP spokeswoman Andrea Purse, the center doesn’t even publish one.
Purse told me that CAP “follows all financial disclosure requirements with regard to donors…. We don’t use corporate funds to pay for research or reports.” But she flatly refused to discuss specific donors or to provide an on-the-record explanation for why CAP won’t disclose them.

Center for American Progress Action Fund, the nonprofit arm of the liberal Washington think tank, announced that they would reorganize in 2017 with a focus on President-elect Donald Trump, pledging to make Trump’s life in the White House harder and resist his legislative efforts. We got them, and so did the hackers. I was right about David Brock being tied to them. David Brock, a top Democratic fundraiser and Clinton ally, launched his anti-Trump organization during a meeting in Florida. American Bridge, Brock’s opposition research group. Remember that? They are trying to pull the Democrats together to help the next candidate in the future. Still they just cannot accept President Trump. So we see this is mainly tied to Hillary and her minions. But CAP is a very large organization with many tentacles, and they are well funded. We at least know more of what is going on now.
