Even the most paranoid critics of the Patriot Act never dreamed that Jews would one day use it (DHS) to start a ministry of truth.
I don’t think the First Amendment will survive past 2025 in any form. They may keep the text but judges will drastically change its application.
A UK style hate speech system is already informally in place, it would not be hard for the state to standardize it.

The “Disinformation Governance Board” is being established by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and will be headed by Rob Silvers and Nina Jankowicz, all three of whom are Jewish.
