This just confirms what the “schizos” have been saying since covid lockdowns.
Once the precedent was set, lockdowns and any other manner of restrictions would be not only possible but probable.
We said that cLiMaTe ChAnGe would be one of the excuses given for new lockdowns, mandatory closures, cancelation of social events, the intrusion of the State into ever increasing aspects of our lives, etc.
In this case the excuse is the EnErGy cRiSiS, a result of the entirely deliberate decisions of European “leaders”.
There isn’t even a lack of energy, as Europe is still importing energy from Russia at an even higher rate than before (thereby financing the Russian war effort. See how that works?)
But hey, isn’t great that the DR is full of hipster naysayers and ankle-biters who downplay these things and ensure that we never present a unified front on any of the great issues of our time?
