(Natural News) Most health-conscious consumers know about all kinds of foods, herbs, and supplements that boost the immune system naturally. From Vitamins D, C, and B12, to turmeric and garlic, and from probiotic-rich foods to medicinal mushrooms, you don’t have to break your wallet or empty your purse just to give your immune system that well-deserved booster “shot” daily. What most people fail to realize though is that the human immune system can get wiped out in just minutes, and in many cases, by doing exactly what the medical doctor, oncologist, or mainstream health magazine article “recommended.”
Western food and medicine are not what they used to be. Our staple crops have been bastardized, adulterated, genetically mutated, and sprayed with toxins that kill everything but the plant, and that’s mainly because the plants contain the same toxins now, thanks to biotechnology firms screwing with Mother Nature.
Then there’s petroleum-based food colorings, synthetic flavorings, artificial sweeteners, bleached-white food, toxin-loaded gluten (that stops you up for days), microwaveable meals, monosodium glutamate (MSG), and the list just goes on forever.
Our mainstream medicine has gone from bad to worse, with most prescription drugs laced with deadly, addictive heroin (think opiates) or chemicals that cause side effects that are worse than the condition being “managed.”
Most people just eat and drink “whatever” and then rush to the M.D. for some painkillers, blood thinners, cholesterol-reducing meds, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety drugs, flu shots, vaccines, and surgery, hoping to stave off the inevitable – which is, ironically, preventable diseases and disorders. Wow.
The worst part is that most of what people think helps their health totally wipes out their immune system, bringing on other sicknesses, and enabling pathogens, parasites, bacteria, and viruses to drag their health down into the gutter, sometimes for good. So here we go, with the top 10 immune system killers of all time.
Just when you thought you were creating immunity, you’re actually destroying it. Injecting foreign proteins from other animal’s blood into your muscle tissue shocks your central nervous system and confuses your immune system entirely. Ever heard of auto-immune disorder? That’s when your body’s immune system attacks your healthy cells. Vaccines contain altered proteins and infected blood cells from cows, chickens, dogs, monkeys, eagles, and even human abortions.
While the CDC and every M.D. swear that all vaccines are 100 percent safe and 100 percent effective 100 percent of the time, the vaccine industry has doled out a cool $4 billion for injuries through their secretive court that features their own appointed “judges.” Beware of the toxic jabs.
M.D.s sling antibiotics at just about any symptom that signifies you might have a bacterial infection. Problem is that antibiotics don’t just kill off the bad bacteria; they wipe out ALL bacteria in the gut, including the good flora you have that helps you fight off everything else. So, if you have a viral infection, you’re totally screwed. Thanks doc.
#3. Chemical insecticides
Did you know genetically modified organisms that create pesticides continue to do so after you eat them and they’re digesting in your gut? We now know that genes from genetically modified organisms actually transfer themselves into the bacteria of the human body, including the mouth and gut. The gene from soy, for example (the Roundup Ready gene), has been found in the human gut — and it can transfer to a fetus.
#4. Glyphosate and other chemical herbicides
Glyphosate literally destroys your good gut bacteria which is vital to fighting infection, nutrient absorption, boosting immunity, neutralizing toxins, and for the production of vitamins and fatty acids. The consumption of toxic herbicides (weed killers) creates the “perfect storm” for the development of disease.
#5. Prescription medications
“Statin” drugs, just one class of prescription meds, inhibit the enzyme needed to manufacture cholesterol in the liver, while also blocking the manufacture of important nutrients like CoQ10. Prescription medications can cause liver problems and diarrhea, flushing out important nutrients the body needs for proper immunity, and damaging cleansing organs that filter out toxins.
#6. Antibacterial hand sanitizers, soaps, detergents, toothpaste and body washes
Triclosan is an antibacterial chemical agent added to thousands of popular products. You’ll find it in those all-too-common hand sanitizers in every school classroom, office, and public restroom around America. Triclosan reduces good and bad bacteria in humans while also disrupting the immune system. What’s worse? The more that bacteria are regularly exposed to antibacterial agents – the stronger and more resistant they become.
#7. Heavy metal toxins
Most vaccines, including influenza “shots,” contain heavy metal toxins that should never be injected into the body, including mercury and aluminum. Mercury has been found to decrease the production of white blood cells, including T cells. Other heavy metals also create a suppressive effect on the immune system, including lead, cadmium, arsenic, and nickel. Watch out for heavy metal toxins in tap water, fruit juices, pickles and cookies.
No matter what your dentist tells you, the fluoride dripped into most U.S. municipal taps is sodium fluoride, which doubles as an insecticide. This fluoride is NOT good for your teeth, but conversely destroys good gut bacteria, lowers IQ, plus causes brittle bones and cancer.
There is no dumber way to fight cancer than to take medicine that totally wipes out your immune system, and that contains chemicals that literally cause new cancers to develop. With a dismal 97 percent failure rate on average, the “drip” is a top immune system destroyer.
Anybody want to eat food that kills bugs, weeds, and animals from the inside out? We didn’t think so. Just say “no!” to GMO. Also avoid refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup, which can both be toxic to the body and decrease proper immune system functioning.
