The Trump-Haters Could Not Be Happier About Donald Trump Jr.’s Meeting With Russian Lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya. However, Donald Trump, Jr. Was Setup!

by Pamela Williams
This is a complex setup that Donald Trump Jr. has gotten himself in to, but he certainly is not in it alone.
OK, I think I will start by listing the cast of characters and their roles:
1.Natalia Veselnitskaya is a Russian lawyer whose clients include Russian “state-owned businesses”, including Petr Katsyv’s son, Denis Katsyv. The latter owns Prevezon Holdings, an investment firm, and his father is the “vice president of the state-owned Russian Railways and a former deputy governor of the Moscow region”. Veselnitskaya is known for leading a “multi-pronged” attack against “the Magnitsky Act, which provoked a Cold War-style, tit-for-tat row with the Kremlin when President Barack Obama signed it into law in 2012”. Veselnitskaya’s campaign included an unsuccessful attempt in Washington to repeal the Act and to “keep Mr. Magnitsky’s name off the Law. She was “also deeply involved in the making of The Magnitsky Act – Behind the Scenes—an anti-Magnitsky film that premiered in June 2016. She provided the film crew with “the real proofs and records of testimony” according to RussiaTV5, a “station whose owners are known to be close to Mr. Putin”. In response to the adoption of the Magnitsky Act, the Russian government denied Americans adoption of Russian children, issued a list of US officials prohibited from entering Russia, and posthumously convicted Magnitsky as guilty. In addition, the Russian government reportedly lobbied against the legislation acting through a public relations company led by Kenneth Duberstein. In June 2016, Veselnitskaya met with Donald Trump Jr. to discuss the Magnitsky Act.
2.Rob Goldstone is the major player here if you ask me.  Goldstone, a British music publicist and former tabloid journalist, told the Associated Press he had set up the meeting – in which Trump Jr met Natalia Veselnitskaya, along with Paul Manafort, the campaign’s chairman at the time, and Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, at Trump Tower in June 2016 – on behalf of a client in Moscow named Emin Agalarov, the son of a Moscow-based developer who tried to partner with Trump in a hotel project.
Why do I say he is the most suspicious player of all?  He is the one who told Donald Trump Jr. that Natalia Veselnitskaya had information on Hillary Clinton for him.  As it turns out, she never offered Donald Jr. anything on Clinton.  She wanted to speak to him about the ban on some of her clients due to the Magnitsky Act, which is a bipartisan bill passed by the U.S. Congress and signed by President Obama in November–December 2012, intending to punish Russian officials responsible for the death of Russian lawyer Sergei Magnitsky under mysterious circumstances in a Moscow prison in 2009.  The Act is a very important step in the right direction, and it must be preserved.
The Washington Post published an opinion piece on February 9, 2017, arguing that Congress should preserve the act. President Donald Trump gave a memorandum to Congress on the implementation of the act on April 21, 2017.
3. The third character is someone I have written quite a bit about.   Ex-Manhatten Federal Prosecutor, Preet Bharara.  You have to remember Preet!  He was the guy who came in like a hot and heavy hero.  He was going to get Anthony Weiner, Huma Abedin, and he was even going to look into the Clinton Foundation.  Remember that we all had so much hope in Preet.  What a let down he was.  Yes, President Trump let him go, but now that I have learned that he worked under James Comey and special council Mueller, I am glad he did.  Also, keep in mind that Mueller just hired a prosecutor that worked under Preet when he was in Manhatten.
One has to ask how Natalia Veselnitskaya got into the Country, as she did not have a visa.  She was here, because she was to testify for Preet Bharara.  She Veselnitskaya travelled with Katsyv and two other Russian businessman to meet with U.S. prosecutors New York in 2015.  Only hree witnesses were deposed.  Although the Russians were in New York to undergo questioning from federal prosecutors, the U.S. government had to pay their expenses under witness deposition rules.  Preet Bharara, objected to the lavish accommodations in a letter to the judge at the time, arguing that Veselnitskaya’s expenses were unreasonable because she ‘did not even attend the depositions in person.’  It ended with the US charging Katsyv’s company Prevezon Holdings as part of a $230 million tax fraud case. That case was settled for $6 million in May.
4.The final player is a client of Rob Goldstone:  the Azeri real estate developer and pop singer Emin.  In July of 2016, Donald Trump, Jr. met Natalia Veselnitskaya. Goldstone had told him she did have information on Hillary Clinton, but she had none. One of his father’s contacts, a music publicist named Rob Goldstone, had arranged the meeting as a favor to a client of his, the Azeri real estate developer and pop singer Emin. Goldstone had worked with the Trumps on the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow. There were other reasons to take the meeting, too: Emin’s father, Aras Agalarov, is the 51st-richest man in Russia and an instrumental figure in the President’s aborted foray into Russian real estate: the Moscow tower he tried—and failed—to erect. Trump Jr. has said he knew absolutely nothing about Veselnitskaya before their meeting, not even her name. She turned out to use the promise of information that could help his father’s campaign as a pretext to discuss reinstating a popular Russian-American adoption program, according to his version of events.
By the way, Trump had made a video with the pop singer who Goldstone represented:  Emin.  I thought you might like to see it:

In it several Miss Universe contestants appeared.
Frankly, I feel this whole thing was a type of setup.  I think it was possibly even those who hate Trump arranged.  I certainly do not trust Veselnitskaya or Goldstone.  The fact that President Trump gave a memorandum to Congress on the implementation of the Magnitsky act on April 21, 2017 has certainly not helped his standing with Russia or Veselnitskaya.  I think this woman is involved with the Deep State, and they setup Donald Trump, Jr.

  1. If the MSM and the Democrat party spent as much time doing their actual jobs, rather than mindlessly attacking a duly elected POTUS, they would be a LOT better off.
That said, the more they pound the russian fabrication, the worse off they’ll be in 2018
