Traitors at the Gate: The British Parliament and 5th Columnists

by Mark Angelides

“Brexit means Brexit” states Britain’s new Prime Minister, Theresa May. But this is a slightly misleading sound bite. The actual process of Brexit has so far taken over 7 months, highly publicized court cases, a continuation of “Project Fear” and a series of votes in the House of Commons.
As much as the majority of Brits want a quick, clean Brexit, there is a tacit understanding that things need to be done in a proper and orderly fashion. A court case was launched to demand that Members of Parliament have a vote on whether the Prime Minister has the right to actual start Brexit proceedings has been holding things up. This case launched by Lawyer and activist Gina miller.
Gina Miller runs a group called The True and Fair Foundation. This foundation is a Trusteeship of a group called Philanthropy Impact. And who is the mind and money behind Philanthropy Impact? George Soros of course!
So the courts decided that triggering Article 50 (the mechanism that will allow the UK to begin the process of leaving the EU), would not be allowed without a Parliamentary vote. And this week the Brexit Bill has been debated and voted upon at long last.
Against all odds, the Brexit Bill passed by 494 to 122 after three days of debate. But, upon the reading of the vote result, a group of MPs who voted against the Bill (Members of Parliament: the elected representatives of the UK), stood up and starting singing Beethoven’s Ode to Joy.

If you are not overly familiar with the significance of this, don’t worry, not many people outside of government are. The Ode to Joy is actually the “National” Anthem of the European Union (EU).Elected representatives of Britain, in the UK’s seat of power, singing a foreign anthem! Imagine if you will the US equivalent: Senators or Congressmen, first voting against an issue of national sovereignty, and then saying the Pledge of Allegiance to Russia.
Some may argue that the EU is not actually a nation. It has borders, a currency, a flag, an anthem, a president, a parliament, an army, a seat at the UN and a passport. In what other way could this not be a nation?

The act of allegiance to a foreign nation that the British MPs demonstrated when voting against Britain’s sovereignty is clearly not in their job description.
As Cicero wrote:
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”
If a nation’s elected representatives are singing their allegiance to another, then surely they are not actually representing the people who voted for them. It is a betrayal of their office and countrymen.
And why is it that the act of showing preference and support for another “nation” over the one they represent, not greeted with cries of “treason”? Because it is no longer politically popular to be a patriot and express love for your country. Because in the MSM, entertainment media and Halls of Power, we are being forced to show “Shame” for our love of country. We are told that patriotism is evil and divisive. And that “Putting your country first is racist”.
Make America Great Again = racist?
British jobs for British workers = racist?
America First = racist?
Taking care of your own citizens = racist?

  1. I don’t care if people call me racist. I don’t understand why anyone does. In the US there are yet to be thought crimes, therefore, I am allowed by law to think however I want. Look at the pussy hat girls, Idc how pathological their thinking is, because it only hurts themselves.

  2. The European Union is a dictatorship where unelected politicians ignore the will of the people and do what they like without check and balances . I never voted for a policy of economic sanctions against Russian , the sabotaging of the South Stream project,
the expansion eastward of NATO , Provoking Russia with a coup d’etat in Ukraine . The immigration ‘s open door policies of Merkel . This Europe is not I thought it could be . It is a disaster .
