It was a strategized attack on the Senate; frankly, it was an embarrassment to even observe. One simply could not believe such chaos was filling the air in the Senate hearing Tuesday for Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. He sat in shock, and disgusted as women screamed at him. I have never observed anything quite like this attack, and frankly I see it as a Communist takeover of the United States Judicial process.
The attackers were some of those Democrats preparing to run in 2020. This makes one fear for the future of the United States, and the violence sure to come. Our lawmakers can no longer maintain lawful order during a Judicial process to choose the highest officers of the land.
This stresses the political stakes for both parties two months before congressional elections. Democrats, including several senators for 2020 presidential bids, gained up against officials to block the proceedings over Kavanaugh’s records they claimed had been kept from them.
The numerical facts are putting fear into the hearts of the Democrats, and they are going to do anything to win. As their poster boy, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, says ‘if they go low, we hit harder…fight fire with fire…’ Avenatti has been the keynote speaker for several Democrat gatherings, and they adore him.
He plans to run for the Presidency in 2020. If the statement below does not give you pause, nothing will. In fact, it should give you chills.
Avenatti quote – “What I fear for this Democratic Party that I love is that we have a tendency to bring nail clippers to gunfights. Tonight I want to suggest a different course. I believe that the Democratic Party must be a party that fights fire with fire.”
The GOP controls the Senate 50-49. The Democrats will not be able to block Kavanaugh’s confirmation unless at least one Republican joins them. After a Republican is put in place for John McCain, the GOP will increase their lead to 51-49.
Three moderate Democrats are facing re-election fights in November. There is always a chance Democrats may be able to win moderate Republicans Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska. It is so close, and I believe that makes it very dangerous for Republicans. The chaos which ensued today proves my point.
Republicans, of course, accused the Democrats of turning the hearing into a circus. Protesters shouted and worked in unison with those seeking to destroy the decorum needed to maintain a lawful democratic process on Capitol Hill. When this ensues the path in a civilized democracy disappears, and this is the goal in a Communist takeover.

‘Not only were the Democrats in the Senate organized, the protestors who over ran the public ticket line were also organized. You must give it to their persistence. But the demonstrators were paid by anti-Trump groups as eye witnesses can account for. I respect their right to pay people to exercise free speech. But make no mistake, these disruptive views are not representative at most of America. They are paid political operatives working at the direction of their superiors, not the people.’

TOM SCHLUETER, TEXAS: Hello, I’m Dr. Tom Schlueter from Texas, we came here to participate in the hearings, to get in the line. They told us to be here at 8:00, 8:30 at the latest, to get in line to go inside and hear the hearings. We got here at about 8:15 and there was already 100 people in line, and most of them would be probably classified by me as ‘opposing everything going on with Judge Kavanaugh,’ and so we began to see a process of things unfolding as we were standing in line that kept the line from going ahead.
One thing was there were people who had come along… who had a bag of money, and people would hand them a piece of paper, and then they would give them money. So we know money was exchanged for some of the people to be here, just to protest.
There was no depth to what their understanding, they were just here to be a disruption, protesters. They were actually told, we heard them say this, ‘when you go in, we want you to yell, to scream, and even possibly to get arrested.’ So that was some of the processes we saw happening…
DOCTOR CHRIS DUNDAS, CORPUS CHRISTI: Hey guys, I’m Dr. Chris Dundas from Corpus Christi in Texas, we’re up here for these hearings. I gotta tell you, it was very sad. This is a very time-honored institution in the past, and these young people (mostly young people, but some old people) they seem to have no heartfelt convictions about why they are here. If you have to pay somebody to protest, that’s a good tell… Being arrested and being proud of it. Some women came back from these hearings and they seemed disappointed they were not arrested…
DOCTOR BURTON PURVIS, ARLINGTON: Good afternoon, I’m doctor Morton Purvis from Arlington. This experience I shared with these other three guys was quite an enlightening one. I took off my credentials and walked among the people to get more information and be more acceptable to those around us. It was quite interesting as we listened to their attitudes and actions about why they were here and what they wanted to do.
The most telling thing was listening to them giving names and addresses, so when they were arrested, they were keeping a record and celebrating who got arrested, without any regard for any open discussion or even the possibility of being convinced of anything, it was just for the purpose of disruption and to have some kind of disruption of the process. They have released the documents they find relevant, 440,000 pages for senators and almost 300,000 to the public. The Trump administration is withholding 100,000 pages on the basis of presidential immunity. Democrats believe Republicans are deliberately withholding documents.
Democrats are also expected to grill Kavanaugh about his views on abortion. Trump said he would appoint pro-life justices. Last year, Kavanaugh dissented from his circuit court’s ruling that an illegal immigrant teenager in custody was entitled to an abortion. In a speech last year, he praised former Justice William Rehnquist’s dissent in Roe v. Wade. However, during his confirmation hearing to the circuit court in 2006, he said he would “follow Roe v. Wade faithfully and fully. … It’s been reaffirmed many times.” He told Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) that he considered the 1973 decision “settled law.”
Senators are likely to bring up two more topics during the hearing. Based on previous decisions, he seems supportive of the Second Amendment. He dissented from an opinion upholding Obamacare, but only on procedural grounds, so it’s not clear what to read into this. END OF QUOTE
In conclusion, the Democrats do not want anyone nominated to the Supreme Court who might support the Constitution and the American people. Democrats want abortions, open borders, and the right to destroy the Republic of the United States of America. They do not have respect or will ever care about this Country – they only care about themselves.
