Biden in the debates: I will lower taxes. I’ll make the corporate taxes 28%, it shouldn’t be 21%.

The gross incompetence over what “corporate” means, explains most of our economic issues. I’m self employed, that’s corporate. My brother owns a small business with 3 employees, that’s corporate. Yet these morons think corporate means Walmart sized companies.
