BPD: 7 dead after driver intentionally runs over them in front of migrant shelter
7 killed, 11 hospitalized after an SUV intentionally ran down people standing at a bus stop in the border town of Brownsville, TX.
Sandoval said the driver was arrested on charged with reckless driving. Sandoval said more charges will likely be filed. He said it is looking more and more like an intentional act.
Police have not released the name of the driver, but say it was a Hispanic man, Sandoval told CNN.

He said most of the victims were Venezuelan men.

“As far as we know, the driver is a Hispanic male and he’s a resident of Brownsville,” Sandoval said.
