Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh joins a panel of other central bank leaders Wednesday at the ECB Forum on Central Banking in Sintra, Portugal as investors clamor for clues as to where the new central bank leader sees rates headed this year.
Warsh is also embarking on an overhaul of the Fed, including its communications strategy.
Along with Warsh, the group also features European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde, Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey and Bank of Canada Governor Tiff Macklem.
