Phase 1 tested a single dose in 30 healthy adult men missing at least one molar.
Trial ran at Kyoto University Hospital and is listed as complete.
No serious adverse events reported.
Company raised about $5.3 million in May 2026 specifically to fund Phase 2 in Japan.
Phase 2 will test the drug in people with severe congenital missing teeth, starting with children.
Goal is a commercial product around 2030.
