The same legal principle that overturned Bill Cosby’s conviction may now be at the center of Karmelo Anthony’s fight for a new trial.

The plan from the start was to enter into a gentleman’s agreement and then leverage it for an appeal. This practice should be banned, and attorneys who engage in it should be disbarred.
