“We are aware of the matter which will be reviewed under the personal conduct policy,” a league spokesperson said.
San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York landed in an Ohio jail Sunday … after being arrested on suspicion of engaging in prostitution.
York was busted in East Palestine and booked into the Columbiana County Jail before posting $5,000 bond.

Court orders show a cell phone was ordered returned to York, and $160 seized shall be forfeited to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force as part of the agreement.
York is a Cardinal Mooney graduate and became team president of the San Francisco 49ers in 2008.
WKBN has reached out to York’s attorney for comment but has yet to hear back.
