Two people died. Visegrad said 8 wounded. Later count is about 9 or 10, some still in bad shape. Driver is 26, born in Russia, Chechen origin, name given as Ibrahim I. He drove into people at a bus stop by Caen station after a fight near a bar. Cops and the mayor say this is not a terror attack.
