The Delaware laptop is a different pile. The FBI took that machine in 2019 and treated the drive as Hunter’s, not a planted fake.
You can have a real laptop and a Russian influence op at the same time. That is messy. It is also closer to the truth than “it was all Moscow.”
Calling the whole thing a Russian plot is the shortcut. It skips the hard drive that actually existed.
