Strategy didn’t simply take $370M from its bank account and throw it into Bitcoin. It raised $602.8M by selling MSTR shares, then allocated $369.7M to Bitcoin, $151.8M to STRC buybacks, $50.7M to dividends and $30M to cash.

Strategy bought 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million at $80,318 each, taking its holdings to 845,050 BTC. Its official BTC Yield is now -3.7% YTD.
Strategy raises $602.8 million in stock to fund the new purchase

Strategy sold about 4.53 million MSTR shares for $602.8 million. Only $369.7 million went toward Bitcoin. Another $151.8 million went toward buying back STRC preferred shares, $50.7 million paid STRC dividends and $30 million increased its USD cash.
Strategy now owns 845,050 BTC
The company now controls roughly 4% of Bitcoin’s eventual 21 million coin supply, with an aggregate acquisition cost of $63.73 billion and average cost of $75,412.
