A new impeachment effort against Trump has now been formally introduced. Rep. Steve Cohen, a Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, introduced 26 articles of impeachment on September 24, covering alleged abuses involving the Iran war, immigration enforcement, political prosecutions, press restrictions, federal spending, the pardon power, universities, the White House East Wing and other issues.
