Active shooter FITCHBURG MASSACHUSETTS

FITCHBURG, Mass. —

Large numbers of law enforcement resources are swarming a Fitchburg neighborhood in response to what Massachusetts State Police called “an active crime scene.”

Officials have not released any information about the nature of the crime at this time, but images from the area show a large number of police and fire vehicles along Stonybrook Road.
