Basically, what happens is, some obnoxious fairly abusive, unintelligent police with nothing better to do than go around looking for anyone or anything that might possibly offend someone’s feelings, try to enforce their authoritarian draconian policy onto innocent citizens that wear a cap expressing their viewpoint!
