This is one of the most infuriating “interviews” I’ve ever seen.
Bonus: Gower goes on to discuss this interview in a panel interview. The woman on the panel says Lauren and Stefan aren’t “firm friends with the facts”. This panel also discusses whether reporting on Lauren and Stefan’s arrival was the right thing to do and Gower says New Zealand won because the pair are leaving having lost money. This isn’t journalism. It’s activism.
